Due Dates:
- October 20th, 2025 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Paradisus La Perla and Playa Del Carmen.
- November 1st, 2025 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
Reminders:
To be considered a part of Isabella and Christian’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Guests and the wedding couple will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block.

Paradisus, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes in some rooms, they are upon request only and subject to availability; please contact us if you would like to request double beds. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.

Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

November 20th, 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

Paradisus LA PERLA is an “Adults Only Section” and all guests must be minimum 18 years of age or older at the date of arrival to be registered. No exceptions.

Child prices are based on the age at the time of check-in.

When one adult is sharing a room with any number of children the adult will be charged at Single Occupancy.

Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your reservation before November 1st, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee while maintaining the 3 night minimum.

Between November 1st, 2025 and December 1st, 2025, any cancelled room nights will be charged at 50%

If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after December 1st, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Paradisus will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason. The resort will not allow room name reassignments outside of 60 days before travel.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Paradisus and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Paradisus.
