Trip and Cancellation policy:
- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
- Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore recommended. You can purchase travel insurance on your own or add a plan to your package when booking.
- Ensure your name and DOB matches what is on your passport. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months prior to travel.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in
- ALL payments made to The Luxe Travel Plug are nonrefundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
- No one under 21 allowed as this is an adults girls only trip.
- When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan option.
- If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.
- Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.
- Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend all attendees should arrive into Los Cabos on March 22nd, 2023, before 4 pm.
- It is the guests’ responsibility to notify The Luxe Travel Plug of all email address changes.
- You MUST purchase your own flight to Los Cabos before February 15th, 2023.
- Once you purchase your flight you should enter your flight information into our database, so we can ensure a shuttle is ready to transfer you to resort.
- Payment arrangements and deadlines are NOT optional and must be adhere to. If your payment declines or is unable to be processed you will be charged an additional processing fee of $50 to process it again.
- If you miss a payment in order to bring your trip status to “Active” double payments must be made. If not, your trip status will be moved to “Inactive” and will lose your spot on the trip.
- Cancellation fees start from $100 for 60-90 days, canceling 15-30 days prior to trip is full penalty will incur a $200 per person. This fee must be paid via invoice prior to cancelling. Any supplier cancellation fee will be explained prior to cancelling.
