I hereby authorize BEA ABOUT IT TRAVEL to charge the credit card or bank account provided on this invoice for the total amount specified as of today’s date. This payment is for the services outlined in the invoice.

I acknowledge that all deposits/payments listed as non-refundable made to BEA ABOUT IT TRAVEL are non-refundable.

I confirm that I am an authorized user of the credit card, and I agree not to dispute the payment with my credit card company, provided the transaction aligns with the terms stated in this invoice.

I understand that payment and deadlines must be adhered to; failure to do so may result in the cancellation of my booking.  I also understand that if I should need to cancel my trip, I will contact BEA ABOUT IT TRAVEL immediately to start my cancellation process. 

I understand that if travel protection is declined, I am fully responsible for any losses or expenses incurred due to cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances during the trip. BEA ABOUT IT TRAVEL will not be liable for any costs that could have been covered by travel protection.
