TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS

Valid and undamaged passports are required for all passengers, regardless of age, for international travel via air.  Passports must be valid for at least six months after travel ends. Photocopies of required documentation or passport cards are not acceptable.  Client is responsible to obtain any visas and or documents necessary to travel to each destination.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGE PENALTIES

Penalties may apply if you cancel or make changes to your booking such as names, dates, etc.  Penalties can be up to 100% of the amount paid.

Change fees (for names, dates, room categories):  $25 per change

Be Happy Nomad Travel, LLC (BHNT) is a bonded, fully accredited travel agency. Its staff has over 20 years experience in the travel industry.  

The Booking Confirmation constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read, and agree to, the terms and conditions of your booking, as set forth below, and that this contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any and all prior booking terms and conditions or understandings in any way related to this transaction or occurrence.  

No oral understandings, statements, promises or inducements contrary to or inconsistent with the terms of this confirmation exist.  This Booking confirmation is not subject to any modification, waiver, or additional that is made orally. 

This Booking Confirmation is subject to modification, revision, waiver or addition only if a new superseding document is emailed to the passenger of record within 72 hours of any agreed upon change. 

BHNT adheres to high standards of customer service and makes an effort to represent only dependable travel companies worldwide.  However, BHNT acts only as an agent for cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, hotels, resorts, ground transportation companies and other travel-related companies, and is not responsible for acts or omissions of these third party providers.  BHNT is not responsible for third party failure to perform , breach of contract, or any action or inaction, intentional or negligent, which results in any loss, injury, delay or damage to you or your property or to anyone traveling with you. BHNT will not be liable for any sickness, loss of life, or damage resulting from the contracting of any contagious disease, including but not limited to coronavirus.  BHNT cannot and does not guarantee third party provider reservations, timeliness, employee conduct, or the performance of scheduled flights, cruises or tours, or the availability of hotel rooms.  Most third party providers reserve the right to alter their terms and conditions at any time, and BHNT has no control whatsoever over such alterations, and will not be responsible for them.  Guests acknowledge that upon receipt of a fare by a third-party provider, the provider accepts the passenger subject to the terms of the provider contract.

You (Client) acknowledge and agree that BHNT’s liability for damages incurred by Client or an employee of, Conference Attendant or guest of Client, a Client’s employee or Conference Attendant, from loss or damage to property or from bodily injury or death or otherwise, arising from an act or omission of a third-party provider, is limited to the gross amount paid by Client to BHNT, and that BHNT shall not be liable to client for any special, consequential and/or punitive damages resulting from either BHNT’s or a third-party’s negligence, breach of contract, fraud, or any other cause whatsoever.  Client also agrees to waive any such claims for damages which it otherwise might be entitled to assert against BHNT for damage to or loss of property or for death or bodily injury when the damages are covered by insurance, and further agree that no insurance company or any other third-party shall ever become entitled to assert any claim Client has against BHNT, by subrogation, assignment, or otherwise. 

Neither BHNT nor its affiliates, partners, subsidiaries or representatives (collectively Entities) will be or become liable or responsible in any way for any loss, costs, expense, injury, accident or damage to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from (i) the acts or omissions of the third party providers, including, but not limited to, delays or cancellations of services, cessation of operations, breakdown in machinery or equipment, technology problems, or changes in fares, itineraries or schedules, and/or (ii) acts of God, fire, acts of government or other authorities, wars, acts of terrorism, piracy, civil unrest, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, other disease, climatic aberrations, dangers incident to activities or from any other cause beyond BHNT’s control.  Client affirms that it is voluntarily participating in the travel and event services that BHNT has reserved on their behalf.  

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee, and you agree to submit to the exclusive venue and jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington County, Tennessee, in all contingencies and disputes.
