Will my payments be drafted automatically?
No, payments are not automatically drafted. However, payments must be submitted by each scheduled due date to avoid a late fee. You’ll receive friendly payment reminders as a courtesy to help you stay on track.

Do you have to use the payment plan option if you aren’t paying in full? 
Yes. Once your deposit is made, the remaining balance will be divided into monthly payments based on your payment plan. You’re welcome to pay more or pay off your balance early at any time. For added flexibility, FlexPay is also available if you prefer to customize your payment amounts or schedule.

Are the excursions optional ?
The hot air balloon experience is optional and can be added to your package for an additional cost.
All other activities such as the Wine Train and Calistoga Spa Day are included in your retreat package and part of the curated group itinerary. If you choose not to participate in a scheduled activity, the package price will remain the same.

Can I make manual payments on my trip whenever I like?
Absolutely! You can make payments ahead of schedule or submit additional payments at any time. Many clients prefer to pay more than the monthly minimum to reduce their balance faster.

When is the latest I can pay my deposit?
Your deposit is due at the time of registration to secure your spot and lock in current pricing.
Rates and availability are subject to change until your deposit is received, so it’s always best to secure your space early.

Can I bring a friend or roommate?
Yes! You’re welcome to share a room with a friend, family member, or travel companion. If you and your roommate are paying separate, each guest must complete their own registration form and make timely payments to keep the shared reservation active. Please select the correct category.  If you don’t have a roommate, roommate matching is available upon request. 

What if I need to cancel my trip? 
All payments made to Destinations R Us d/b/a Cruise Planners are non-refundable and non-transferable, as stated in the Terms and Conditions.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection to safeguard your investment in case of unexpected emergencies or cancellations. Travel insurance quotes will be provided separately. If you need to cancel, all cancel request need to be emailed to Natashia.Ruiz@cruiseplanners.com. 

Are flights included in the package?
Airfare is not included in the retreat package. Guests should book their flights into Sacramento International Airport (SMF) to align with the provided group shuttle schedule. Roundtrip ground transfers between SMF and the hotel are included in your package price. If you need assistance with flights feel free to reach out.
