Travel Purchase Authorization for Non-Website Purchases.
Thank you for your purchase! Destinations R Us LLC DBA Cruise Planners is pleased to confirm the following travel arrangements. To complete your transaction and confirm your arrangements, your signature on this authorization is required.
In lieu of a physical credit card imprint, I, [Name of Cardholder], hereby authorize Cruise Planners to charge my credit card for the above reservation in the amount specified.
Charges are payable ONLY to Destinations R Us LLC DBA Cruise Planners or the hotel, resort, tour operator, cruise line, or other travel suppliers. This payment is for the services ONLY described on the invoice. I understand that returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of Destinations R Us LLC DBA Cruise Planners and the supplier of choice in case of cancellation of nonrefundable airline tickets or other arrangements. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.
Cruise Planners acts solely as an agent for the travel supplier and does not provide any oral or written warranty, expressed or implied. I understand that in the event of a cancellation, the travel supplier may impose penalty charges. Furthermore, I acknowledge that without travel insurance, I may not be eligible for a refund of the trip cost in the event of a cancellation. I agree not to hold Destinations R Us DBA Cruise Planners or its agents liable for any such charges or loss.
By signing below, I authorize Destinations R Us LLC DBA Cruise Planners to charge the credit card provided herein, including travel insurance, and I am aware insurance premium is not refundable. Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of my Terms and Conditions.
Making a reservation with Destinations R Us LLC / Cruise Planners signifies your full acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions.
General Terms

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable due to vendor and supplier contracts.

Reservations must be made using your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID or passport.

Prices are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed and deposit is received.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active and current (see your invoice for specific due dates).

Roommates: You are responsible for ensuring your roommate makes timely payments. Roommate matching is available upon request.

You may log in to your client portal at any time to view your account, make payments, or review trip details.

Name changes incur a $100 change fee plus any vendor-imposed fees.

Late payments will incur a $50 per-person fee after the stated due date. If you anticipate being late, email Natashia.Ruiz@cruiseplanners.com prior to the deadline for approval.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Destinations R Us LLC / Cruise Planners.
a. Thirty (30) days or more before departure:
Cancellations made after deposit but more than 30 days before departure will incur a 10% administrative fee based on the total trip cost. This fee is non-transferable if the client postpones or rebooks.
b. 29 days or less before departure:
The following cancellation penalties apply to the total trip cost:

29–22 days prior to departure: 20%

21–14 days prior to departure: 30%

13–8 days prior to departure: 50%

7 days or less prior to departure: 100%

No-Show: 100% of total amount

Airline/Train/Ferry/Hydrofoil tickets: 100% of total amount
c. Supplier Penalties:
In addition to the above, any non-refundable deposits or prepayments made to suppliers (such as hotels, airlines, transport providers, destination management companies, or tour operators) on behalf of the client will be charged in full.
These charges are collected automatically on the client’s payment method on file, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Travel protection is strongly recommended to protect your investment in case of cancellation, delay, illness, or emergency.

All requests, payments, and changes must be handled directly through Destinations R Us LLC / Cruise Planners.

Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
