Whether your sailing with a loved one or family and friends, get ready to enjoy the magic of this weekend without having to do any of the work while aboard one of Carnival's cruises. Feast on a selection of gourmet meals with all the trimmings, then catch the big game or play family-themed game shows and activities. This is the relaxing vacation at sea that you've been waiting for as you'll visit stunning ports and exploring all of Carnival Elation's extraordinary venues. Unwind and spend some quality time with your spouse/family—without the dirty dishes.
Initial Deposits and Payment Deadlines
- Unless otherwise noted (Gold, Platinum & Diamond Members), there is a deposit in the amount of $150.00 due per person at the time of booking by all room occupants (Interior/Scenic Ocean View/Balcony). This is a placeholder and does not guarantee a room until FULL DEPOSIT is paid by all room occupants.

- FULL Payment Due By November 20, 2024 - NO EXCEPTIONS

What's Not Included:
- Total does not include CVP, Gratuities, Air Add on, or other optional charges.
- Flights - Unless requested & purchased with your package, each guest is responsible for their own (and children) roundtrip flights. Options to add group flights are available along with insurance for an additional cost. If you are purchasing your own flights, the airport code for Orlando International Airport is MCO.
- Gratuities - You have the option of prepaying for gratuities or pay once you're on the ship.
- Sodas and alcoholic beverages are not included. There are 2 beverage programs that are available to purchase separately. Save by purchasing prior to the week of your cruise!
- Any other purchases not mentioned above that require payment while on the ship including excursions, specialty restaurants, bars, casinos, etc.
- Travel insurance - You will have the opportunity to accept or decline. It is optional, but highly recommended to protect your investment! In the event, you need to cancel or an unforeseen circumstance occurs between the time of booking and the day you return from the trip, your travel protection plan will ensure you're covered.
Itinerary:
Day 1 - Thursday, February 13, 2025:
- Embark from Jacksonville, FL. Unpack, wind down a bit, familiarize yourself with the ship and enjoy dinner during your selected seating time.
Day 2 - Friday, February 14, 2025:
- Spend the day with the ones you love. The ship will dock at Freeport, Bahamas. Enjoy the day with your family on your own or partake in an offsite shore excursion (Not Included in Price) - This is optional. Additional Suggestions: Shopping or Tours, Kayaking or Dolphin Adventures.
Day 3 - Saturday, February 15, 2025:
- Ship will dock at Nassau, Bahamas. Enjoy the day with your family on your own or partake in an offsite shore excursion (Not Included in Price) - This is optional. Additional Suggestions: Shopping or Tours, River Rafting or Swimming with the Pigs adventures.
Day 4 - Sunday, February 16, 2025:
- Fun Day at Sea. This will be your final day on the ship. Pack in preparation for tomorrow departure and enjoy any of the amenities that you may not have taken advantage of throughout the weekend. Your group may choose to gather for group photos and a farewell dinner.
- Awaken early enough to enjoy a hot breakfast (Lido/Main Restaurant) if you choose and make sure that you are ready to depart the ship when your cabin levels are called.
Cancellation policy:
Due to group contractual obligations, I agree with all Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy of Keep It Moving Travels explained by the travel consultant at the time of purchase. I have been advised to purchase a Travel Insurance Protection Package to protect my trip in the event something should happen. All payments made through Keep It Moving Travels are non-refundable and non-transferable (unless otherwise stated) due to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow me to obtain any refunds. By doing so, this will also Keep It Moving Travels to keep package prices competitive; while allowing individuals to make monthly (or bi-monthly) payments on your vacation.
