What Happens Next: Once your form is submitted, you’ll receive two emails:
A confirmation that your booking was received
A message asking/confirming the stateroom number you are interested in that is available in the cabin category you chose at the time of booking.

I understand that my deposit and administration fee of $99.53 per adult /child has been included in my package total and are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances, including cancellations by me or automatic cancellations due to non-payment. My deposit will be applied to my total balance, which includes my cruise reservation and administration fee. The administration fee covers costs such as printing and mailing travel documents, components of trip inclusions, and administrative services. I agree to make all payments according to the payment plan outlined at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in automatic cancellation of my booking with no refund of the deposit or prior payments. Any payments made beyond my deposit are subject to the refund policies of the cruise supplier.
I acknowledge that travel insurance and vacation protection are NOT included but are highly recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and other disruptions. If my package includes Vacation Protection, I can cancel for any reason and receive a refund in the form of a travel credit, minus the cost of the protection plan. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@remarkabletravelexperiences.com before departure.
I understand that Remarkable travel experiences is responsible for handling all payment processing and invoicing related to my booking. They will provide invoices and payment confirmations, keep me updated on my trip balance and payment schedule, and send all final confirmations and necessary travel details upon final payment completion.
I understand that I am responsible for ensuring I have the necessary travel documentation for my trip and all travelers registered on this form. I have or will review Carnival's Travel Documentation policies prior to my cruise departure date - CLICK HERE. If traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport that is valid for at least six months after my return date. I am responsible for financing any additional activities or purchases not included in my booking package. I also agree to make all payments on time according to my agreed payment plan to avoid cancellation. Any damages to cruise or destination property are my sole responsibility, and I agree to cover any necessary costs for restitution.
I acknowledge that I assume all risks associated with this cruise and its activities. I agree to waive, release, discharge, and not sue Remarkable Travel Experiences, its affiliates, sponsors, organizers, or representatives for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims that may arise during my trip. I understand that Remarkable Travel Experiences acts solely as a booking agent and is not responsible for the actions of suppliers, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen travel disruptions. Any legal disputes arising from this booking will be governed by the laws of the state where Remarkable Travel Experiences is registered.
I grant Remarkable Travel Experiences full permission to use my name, photographs, video, audio, and testimonials in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, marketing campaigns, and advertisements, without compensation.
I acknowledge that all payments must be made via Credit/Debit Card. Cash/Checks are NOT accepted.
I authorize Remarkable Travel Experiences® and our travel suppliers to charge my credit card for the authorized amount indicated above. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice. I understand that the credit card processing fee is not included in my payment amount and will not go towards my balance. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand all payments to Remarkable Travel Experiences ® are non-refundable and non-transferrable. I further acknowledge that I have been advised to purchase travel insurance or have included travel protection in my package to protect my investment.
