Due to flight price fluctuations, pricing and availability may change even before the listed deadline. If there are any adjustments in pricing, your travel agent will inform you before processing your payment.

How to Make a Reservation

First, please select the number of travelers that you will be paying a deposit for. As you are selecting your package, please ensure that you are selecting the correct:

• Room Category
• Number of people in a room (that you will be submitting a deposit for)

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

If one guest cancels in a room, the remaining guests total will adjusted to the new occupancy rates. As a courtesy, if your travel plans change, please notify your travel agent and roommates as soon as possible.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance coverage will provide reimbursement in the unfortunate instance of a medical emergency, trip delays, and lost or delayed baggage and some form of reimbursement in the event you will need to cancel your trip.  Please note in most cases insurance must be purchased within 14 days of deposit date.

Airline Loyalty 

If you are a member of the loyalty program of the airline used, please provide your member number on the form under "Airline Loyalty Number". You may be eligible for bonus miles and other promotions.

Los Angeles Resort Fees and Incidentals

Each room will be responsible for resort fees. Resort fees are very common in Los Angeles and must be paid directly to the hotel. The fee covers:

• Daily $35 Food & Beverage Credit 
• Passes to the Grammy Museum Los Angeles for two guests per stay. Note: The Museum is closed on Tuesdays. The guests will receive a choice of exclusive Grammy Museum memorabilia. 
• Daily Destination Discovery Adventure: Bike rental for up to two guests 

• Daily Enhanced High Speed Internet Access 

The resort fee is $35.00 (plus tax) per night, per room. This fee is NOT included in the package total above and is due at the hotel.

Most hotels also require a refundable incidental deposit at check in. You will need a valid credit or debit card to check-in to cover any incidental charges.

Game Information

It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain tickets to the basketball game and other related events. Transportation to the game venue is NOT included in the travel package.
