• More than 75 days prior to departure: loss of deposits
• Between 75 & 36 days prior to departure: 30% of total tour cost
• Between 35 & 15 days prior to departure: 50% of total tour cost
• Between 14 days and the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost
• Note: Additional supplier penalties may apply depending on the date of the cancellation. Between 14 days and the day of departure, 100% of accommodation costs are lost. 
• No refund is available if cancellations occur after the tour has commenced or in respect of any tours, accommodation, meals, or any other services not used.
