  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

Due Dates:

 
  • July 15th, 2025 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Hotel Xcaret Mexico.
  • August 1st, 2025 is the due date for your remaining room balance.

 

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Bernard and Alicia Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer contracted group rates that have been secured through a room block to make this as easy as possible. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico as part of this wedding group.

 

  1. The Adults-Only Suites are located in two different buildings, the Fuego building and the Agua building (Spa rooms). These two sections of the resort only allow guests age 18 and above. If you stay in a different room category other than an Adults-Only room category you will not have access to these buildings.
  2. The Fuego building Adults-Only room categories include the following additional perks:
    1. Access to the adults-only Fuego rooftop pool and bar.
    2. Access to an additional restaurant, Fuego Restaurant, located in the Fuego building (available for non-Fuego guests for an additional fee).
    3. A small private cove area beach and lounge area.
    4. A premium outdoor bar on the lower level of the building.
    5. Private check in and check out in the Fuego building.
    6. Butler service.
    7. Private fitness center, exclusive to the Fuego building.
  3. Guests staying in the Agua building do not have access to the Fuego building.
  4. Maximum room capacity: Up to 3 guests for the Adults Only suites and 4 guests for the other categories (2 adults & 2 kids, 3 adults & 1 kid, or 3 adults).
  5. Connecting rooms are of limited availability and can only be requested, not guaranteed.
  6. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
  7. Hotel Xcaret, like most resorts, do not guarantee bed sizes, they are upon request only; please contact us if you would like to request double beds. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to receive your requested bed type.
  8. September 22nd, 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
  9. Prices based on age at time of check-in.
  10. Guests do not need to apply for a VISA for traveling to Mexico.
 

Cancellation policy:

  1. If you cancel your reservation before August 1st, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

  2. If you cancel your reservation, no show, reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after August 1st, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

 

Hotel Xcaret Mexico will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Hotel Xcaret Mexico and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Hotel Xcaret Mexico.
