Please note airport to fly into is located in Denpasar, Bali, airport code DPS. 
 
Bali has emerged as one of the most favorite travel destinations in Asia. This island of Indonesia is known for its awe-inspiring cultural treasures and some of the most celebrated landmarks and landscapes that can leave you wonderstruck. Bali is called the ‘Island of Gods’. From high mountains to resilient coastlines and black sandy beaches to volcanic hills, Bali is gifted with some of the most alluring scenic vistas that you can’t imagine. The natural beauty of Bali compliments its innumerable ancient temples and other historical sites which makes the setting quite ideal for clicking the most captivating photographs.
 
 
 
To lock in this vacation, a $350 deposit is required by March 1, 2024.

Final payment is due by September 1, 2024. 
 
Monthly payments are due on the 1st of EVERY MONTH! Your reservation will be cancelled if monthly payments are not made on time!

  • Travel Insurance - Please visit www.trawickinternational.com (Trawick International) or www.allianztravelinsurance.com (Allianz Travel) for travel insurance. Travel insurance is highly recommended!! Each traveler will be responsible for purchasing his/her own travel protection insurance separately from the trip with either Trawick International or Allianz Travel. In addition, the traveler assumes any and all responsibilities associated with failure to purchase travel insurance. 
  • US Airfare Transportation - Airline, airport and arrival time of preference will be communicated to the group at a later date. 
  • Meals or drinks outside of items identified in the WHATS INCLUDED section

**PLEASE REVIEW the TERMS & CONDITIONS**
  • Purchasing travel insurance is the SOLE responsibility of the traveler. Traveler can purchase insurance from www.trawickinternational.com (Trawick International) or www.allianztravelinsurance.com (Allianz Travel). 
  • US Passport is REQUIRED. Please ensure that  passport is valid until at least June 2025.
  • Monthly payments must be made on time and according to schedule. If monthly payments are missed, your reservation is automatically cancelled. By continuing this reservation, you acknowledge that you fully understand this requirement. 
  • In the case of cancellation, the cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. All cancellations have to be made in writing via email to jenuinetravels2018@gmail.com or through the TravelJoy portal. 
  • All chargebacks or challenges of authorized payments made toward trip will result in automatic trip cancellation and being BANNED from future trips hosted by D9 Greek Getaway and Jenuine Travels.
  • Booking outside of  this link and group block is PROHIBITED and subject to being BANNED and blocked from future trips and access to all social media outlets, including Facebook groups and chats for D9 Greek Getaway & Jenuine Travels. 
  • Event packages WILL NOT be sold separately!
  • D9 Greek Getaway & Jenuine Travels have the right to cancel any reservation or ban any traveler from future trips who do not make payments on time, pose a threat to others or damage to the brand (D9 Greek Getaway or Jenuine Travels) based on behaviors exhibited prior, during or after the trip.

Cancellation Policy (PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY):

Deposit is non refundable (WITH OR WITHOUT INSURANCE)!!!

 

In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons, we must be notified of the cancellation in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your cancellation in writing. Cancellation fees below apply to the land packages and/or services.

120 - 61 days prior to arrival –Deposit plus 25% of the remaining amount paid toward the trip.
60 - 31 days prior to arrival– Deposit plus 40% of the remaining amount paid toward the trip.
30 - 0 days prior to arrival –No refund; full penalty of all monies paid toward trip. 

For packages with flight tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the advised cancellation policy at the time of booking. A separate cancellation policy is applicable for flights  (which would be advised as and when required).

 
We strongly advise clients to purchase travel insurance in the case of unforeseen reasons to cancel either by you, the tour conductor or the travel agency.
