What’s Not Included & Required by Guests:

  • Flights are not included (but we’re happy to assist with booking!)
  • Travel Protection Insurance is highly recommended (we can add it for you)
  • Food and beverages not mentioned in the itinerary
  • Authentic Travel Connections Cancellation Policy: A $200 penalty applies to all cancellations. If you have travel insurance, your refund will be issued minus the insurance cost and the deposit.
  • Gratuities for drivers
  • Payments: All payments are non-refundable without travel protection and non-transferable
  • Reservation Names: Book your reservation in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued driver’s license or ID
  • Monthly Payments are required to keep your reservation current
  • Roommates (if applicable) must also make timely monthly payments to keep the reservation active

 
 
 

Cancellation Policy:

All deposits and monthly payments are non-refundable without travel protection insurance and are non-transferable. Additionally, no credits will be given for future bookings. A deposit is required for all reservations, and the amount due, along with monthly payment terms and conditions, will be provided upon booking.

Travel Insurance:
It is the traveler’s responsibility to protect their purchase, and travel insurance is strongly recommended. Travelers are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage to guard against risks. Insurance options will be offered throughout the booking process and via a follow-up letter after registration.

Missing a vacation is disappointing; losing the money you've paid makes it worse. We highly recommend travel insurance, which provides coverage for trip cancellations, interruptions, baggage loss or delays, medical expenses, and more. We’re here to assist you with purchasing travel insurance. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance through our vendor, you will be required to sign an insurance waiver form.

Without travel insurance, you agree that if you cancel or interrupt travel for any reason, all payments made to Authentic Travel Connections without travel protections will not be refunded. Authentic Travel Connections is not qualified to answer technical questions about benefits, exclusions, or conditions of any insurance policy or to evaluate the adequacy of any existing insurance coverage.

he hotel enjoys a superb location which provides direct access to the shops, bars, restaurants and boutiques on Main Street, as well as to the Peak 9 Quicksilver Super Chair Lift and the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Dillon Reservoir is around 21 km away from the hotel, while Vail Ski Resort is about 59 km away. Keystone and the shopping outlets at Silverthorne are around 24 km away. White Forest National Park is approximately 64 km away.

 

Facilities

This apartment hotel has a lift and a 24-hour reception desk. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a TV room, room service and a conference room. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

 

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure comfortable indoor temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed. Separate bedrooms are available. A refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave and a tea/coffee station are standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a DVD player and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Each 2-hour trip starts with a short snowmobiling instruction from your guide, after which you will go to our practice area to get comfortable on your sled. Once the group gets out on the trail you will be treated to incredible scenery throughout the Swan River Valley, with a few stops along the way to take it all in. Later in the ride, you start your way up to Georgia Pass, ending up on top of the Continental Divide at 11,585 feet above sea level. The view from up here is spectacular! Back at base, you can enjoy a warm fireplace. Tour time with your guide is approximately two hours. Tours depart hourly throughout the day with the first tour at 9 am. Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to tour time for check-in.
 

REALLY Important Information

  • A signed credit card imprint is required on all snowmobile tours as an equipment damage deposit.
  • A signed liability agreement is required for each participant prior to the trip.
  • Trips will depart at the scheduled time. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your tour to allow time for checking in and getting geared up. We cannot hold a tour for late arrivals.
  • We ride snow or shine. We do not cancel due to weather. Riding when the snow is falling is amazing!
 

What To Wear

  • Check the weather and plan accordingly.
  • Multiple layers and ski wear, winter boots and snowboarding boots, goggles, sunglasses, gloves and neck warmers are highly recommended.
  • You are responsible for providing your own gloves, goggles, neck warmers, etc. Good Times has neck warmers, goggles, gloves, hand warmers and fleece outerwear available for purchase.
  • Adult snowmobile suits and boots are available at no extra charge for those who need additional gear.
  • We provide open face helmets which are required for all snowmobilers. You may bring your own helmet if you like, but it must be DOT approved. Ski helmets are NOT allowed for snowmobiling.
  • Don’t forget the sunscreen, camera, water and sense of adventure!

 Adventure Park tubing hill has several lanes, each one has a different experience – some are more mellow, while others are steeper with more rolling terrain. The hill is accessed by a surface lift, making it the ideal activity for the whole family.
 
Each session lasts 1 hour, tubers will have access to their tube, the hill, and the surface lift for their entire session time.
