Travel Insurance:
Missing a vacation is bad enough, losing your money that you paid for said vacation something else.  Your insurance premium is based on the cost of your trip and covers you during the entire travel process.
 
Inclusions: Pre-Departure Penalty Waiver and other Non-Insurance Services are Provided by Vacation Express
 
Cancellation for Any Reason Waiver: You may cancel your vacation for ANY reason prior to departure and receive a full refund in the form of a travel credit for your vacation, including, non-refundable airfares booked through Apple Vacations. Non-refundable hotel rates are not included.
 
The following items are not refundable under Travel Protection Plus
• "No Show" situations where the traveler does not check in and denied boarding situations are not covered
• Non-refundable hotel rates
• Any non-refundable deposit fees
• Air not purchased from Apple Vacations
• If the number of individuals occupying a room decreases, the remaining travelers will be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate
• Nonrefundable travel agent fees may be included in your package price. Please consult your travel agent.
• No name changes or substitutions on travel protection plans
• Cost to change to an alternate scheduled airline as a result of an airline schedule change prior to departure
• The cost of the travel protection plan
 
Terms & Conditions:
  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. 
  • Travel insurance is not included in this package.
  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Name on invoice must match passport.
  • Reservations not paid in full by final due date will be cancelled and all monies forfeited.
  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely payments.
  • Name changes on a reservation will incur a $25 fee up until Feb 9th, after that name change fee will be $50
 - A Passport is required to enter St. Lucia and cannot expire on or before 17 September 2025. If your passport expires before this date, you must get it renewed.

-All visitors MUST complete an Electronic Passenger Customs Form for entry into St. Lucia prior to arrival at https://travelslu.govt.lc

- Deposits start at $50 per person and are NON-REFUNDABLE whether travel insurance is purchased or not.

-All final payments are due no later than June 9 2026. 

-  This form is to book only your hotel accommodations. Flights are separate and NOT INCLUDED. Room deposit must be PAID to secure your reservation and prices and room availability are subject to change until deposit is paid.

- All travel documents will be sent 30 days prior to departure.
