We are taking over Napa Valley with chic vibes, high fashion and unforgettable experiences in true TravelCraze luxe style. 
 
Imagine riding a vintage train through the heart of Napa Valley while sipping a glass of California's finest wine and indulging in a four-course meal while enjoying the panoramic views.  Then imagine partaking in a wine blending experience where you get to actually participate in crafting your own signature blend of wine.  It doesn't stop there!  We will be able to boast about our support of the minority owned wine tasting rooms and/or wineries.  We will raise a glass as we sip from wines made by winemakers of color. 
 
You know we have to also have some "wine down" time.  We will enjoy some down time to enjoy the spa at our luxury stay hotel in a true retreat fashion OR opt to add additional winery tours because after all...we are "classy winos."

Itinerary
  • January 8: Arrive in Napa Valley, California and check-in to your hotel. The evening is at your leisure
  • January 9: Wine Blending Experience and Style and Grace Welcome Dinner 
  • January 10: Napa Valley Wine Train
  • January 11: Minority own tasting room OR winery visits 
  • January 12: Departure 
 
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 
✔️This event is for adults only.  You must be 21+ years old to attend        
✔️Options for our Welcome Dinner will be emailed out prior to arrival.  Please note any special dietary needs at that time. 
✔️This is a land only booking.  That means that you are responsible for booking your flight and transportation to the hotel.  We will gladly assist with transportation information upon request.  Please send us an email at least 30 days prior to our arrival to mytravelcraze@mail.com.  Your flight must be booked at the time of the request. 
✔️Attire: This Napa Valley experience is all about blending effortlessly with chic, stylish and elegant attire.  Think timeless classics with a touch of glamour or vintage glam with a modern twist.  
 
 
AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:

You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore recommended. You can purchase travel insurance on your own by clicking the link: Insure My Trip
 
 
RESERVATIONS/PAYMENTS:
  • When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan option. You can opt-out of this program by emailing us at mytravelcraze@mail.com
  • If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.
  • Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.
  • It is the guests’ responsibility to notify TravelCraze, LLC  of all email address changes.
 
 

TERMS & POLICIES

 
✔️Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of TravelCraze, LLC's Terms and Conditions
✔️All payments to TravelCraze, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable.  This is because of contractual agreements with hotels and vendors in an effort to keep pricing low for our guests. 
✔️Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME and must match the government issued ID that will be presented at check-in.  There will be a $250 charge for any name corrections/changes PLUS any additional fees set by the vendors
✔️Prices are subject to change without notice.  Paying your deposit locks in the lowest rate available at that time. 
✔️Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active UNLESS you make larger than what is required for your monthly balance.  Your invoice will clearly state your payment plan.  We suggest writing the due dates on your personal calendar.  
✔️Failure to make two consecutive monthly payments will result in your reservation being cancelled.  If you wish to reinstate your reservation after cancelation, your package will need to be repriced at the current rate and there will be a $250 reinstatement fee automatically added to your invoice.  
✔️You must ensure that your roommate is also making the required payments.
✔️Should your roommate no longer be able to attend for any reason, you wil then be responsible for the single room rate. 
✔️Late payment of $250 per person is required after the final payment due date has passed.  No payments will be accepted after January 5, 2026
✔️Late payments must be approved BEFORE final payment deadline.  This must be done in writing.
