- Eco-Tax (approx. $1.65 - $3.84 USD) per room, per night determined by each individual property, paid at check-in.

Due Dates:
- December 1st, 2025 $300 deposit plus one night stay must be made by this date to reserve a room.
- January 5th, 2026 30% of your room total is due.
- January 30th, 2026 The remaining balance is due.
Note: You can pay anytime before those dates on your invoice.
Reminders:
To be considered a part of our Ahmetaj Family Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other booking method. We offer contracted group rates that have been secured through a room block to make this as easy as possible.
- February 24th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust (shift) the dates reserved.
- Children under 2 years old are free when sharing a room with 1 or 2 adults.
- Prices are based on age at time of check-in.
- If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
- Grand Palladium, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes, they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to receive your requested bed type.
- Some rooms may have a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony and be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
- Please note, “beachside” and “poolside” at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres mean these rooms are closer to the beach or pool.
Cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your reservation before December 1st, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
- Between December 1st, 2025 and February 15th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will incur a 1 night penalty charge.
- Between February 15th, 2026 and March 1st, 2026 any cancelled room nights will incur a 2 nights penalty charge.
- If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after March 1st, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
- A 3 night minimum is required.
- If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.
- Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
- Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres.

Junior Suite Poolside at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa guests can choose between either a king size bed or two double beds and memory foam mattresses.
This fabulous room includes a hydro-massage bath, combined living area with sofa bed and 50” flat-screen TV among other facilities and boasts an excellent location near the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa pool.
Note: This room is not a swim-up, it has a location closer to the main pool.

- Double: $231 per person/night
- Triple: $216 per person/night
Child Rates
