We’re so excited you’re interested in joining us for our Brazil adventure! Before reserving your spot, please review our cancellation and payment policy. These policies help us secure accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other travel arrangements well in advance.

Initial Deposit (Non-Refundable)

All initial deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit secures your reservation and covers administrative and planning costs associated with your booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Trips 5 Days or Longer

• More than 120 days before departure: You are eligible for a refund of all payments made excluding your non-refundable initial deposit.
• Within 120 days of departure: No refunds will be issued. This includes your initial deposit and all additional payments.

Trips 4 Days or Shorter

• More than 90 days before departure: You are eligible for a refund of all payments made excluding your non-refundable initial deposit.
• Within 90 days of departure: No refunds will be issued. This includes your initial deposit and all additional payments.

Trip Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend your trip, you may request one transfer to another available Travel Babes trip within the same calendar year, subject to availability.

Please note:

• Your initial deposit remains non-refundable and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Transfers are only permitted to trips occurring within the same calendar year.
• Approved transfers cannot be transferred a second time.

Payment Policy

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active.

If you miss more than three (3) consecutive scheduled payments, your reservation may be canceled without notice, and all monies paid, including your non-refundable deposit, will be forfeited.

Travel Insurance

Travel Babes strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Travel insurance may provide coverage for qualifying cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events.
