Due Dates:
- November 21st, 2024 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room
- November 22nd, 2024 is the due date for 60% of your room balance.

January 20th, 2025 is the due date for your remaining room balance
Reminders:
- The wedding date is Friday, April 11th, 2025. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.
- To be considered a part of Anna and Chris’ Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer contracted group rates that have been secured through a room block to make this as easy as possible. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Unico 20°87° as part of the wedding group.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your reservation before November 22nd, 2024 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per person booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between November 22nd, 2024 and December 22nd, 2024, by 20% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. Any room nights released above the 20% allowed will be charged 50% of the room revenue cancelled. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms
You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between December 22nd, 2024 and January 20th, 2025, by 10% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. Any room nights released above the 10% allowed will be charged 60% of the room revenue cancelled. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms
If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after January 20th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Unico 20°87° will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Unico 20°87° and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Unico 20°87°.

Ground transportation costs to the resort and back to the airport is not included with your room reservation cost, but can be reserved for you on the booking form if you wish.
Anna and Chris’ wedding group has secured direct, non-stop transfers with Mayaland at $151.25 per person, round trip.
We highly recommend that you select to include ground transportation when placing your room deposit so that you won’t forget about this later and possibly become stranded at the airport with only expensive options. Ride share services like Uber are not reliable in the Riviera Maya.
Please note: Transfers are not available from the Tulum airport. It is "taxi only" right now.
