Deposits are non-refundable. RDP fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made after 10/31/2022 will be assessed appropriate cancellation penalties. Payments in full are due by 10/24/2022. Bookings not paid in full will be canceled by Carnival Cruise Line and Carnival's cancellation penalties will apply.

An Obstructed View Balcony stateroom on Carnival Legend provides all the indoor amenities of a Carnival stateroom, as well as some of the outdoor ones as well, including your own personal outdoor space that’s great for stretching out and relaxing.
Each stateroom has a balcony whose view is obstructed by a lifeboat or water shuttle boat and davits. While sitting on the balcony, the view is obstructed – if standing on the balcony, you have an ocean view when looking straight ahead but an obstructed view when looking down.
