Also, I am the lead designer of this experience, Rhoyalty Destination Travel!  Hey, boo, hey!  Welcome—if you’re new here or a returning friend.  I strive to ensure that my travelers experience the best that I can offer…myself included. 

Note: This package does not include airfare, but can included.  Also, you can upgrade your room category and/or do single or triple occupancy.  If any of these apply to you, please let me know so a quote can be provided.

When: May 6 - 10, 2027 (May 8, 2027 at Hedonism II - optional)

All the information you need is following.  If there are any questions, please contact me before you start the booking process.  Below you will find details (subject to change):

• This is an open booking meaning that NO rooms are held.  In order to secure the current pricing, a deposit is required.  On this booking page, you will be able to view available room categories and their current pricing.  Once deposit is made, the requested room will be made.
• If booking a double or triple occupancy, all roommates must deposit at the same time; either through one person within 24 hours of one another.  Booking will only be made when all parties have paid deposit.
• A deposit is required at time of initial booking.  Deposits include $50 administrative fee which is non-refundable.  Deposits are subject to refund minus any applicable cancellation fees.  Rates are subject to change until deposited and confirmed.
• After booking confirmed, an invoice will be sent to each traveler.  For future paynents, a credit card authorization will be required to submit payment on your behalf.  After processing, a payment confirmation will be emailed to the address on file.  In your confirmation/welcome email, the applicable travel supplier will be included as notice of where travel funds are remitted.
• All payments are to be satisfied no later than April 2, 2027 or booking may be cancelled, non-refundable. 
• Passports are required.  If you do not have a passport at time of booking, a booking can still be made; however, proof of passport will be required prior to final payment.  If there are any discrepancies that will require any changes, there will be a $25 administrative fee plus any assessments by the airlines and/or supplier.
• Travel protection is highly recommended for your investment.  Our travel supplier offers vacation protection basic (travel credit valid for one year from original date of travel) and vacation protection plus (cash back to original form of payment).  Basic will be added prior to final payment; once applied, it is non-refundable and cannot be removed.  Plus must be added within seven (7) days of the initial booking and any payments made minus cost of the plan and any fees will be refunded to original form of payment.  If you chose to opt-out, you must confirm and sign a waiver agreement.  If must cancel for any reason, funds are refundable subject to any cancellation fees and hotel cancellation window.  Note: each guest can have their own level of protection.
• Cancellations must be submitted via formal request on www.rhoyaltydestinationtravel.com with a $25 fee.  This does not include any fees assessed by supplier and hotel.

How to complete your booking and next steps:

1. Complete the booking form.
1. Select the booking package (your room type). 
2. Select the number of travelers.  Note: If select more than 1, only one card can be used for deposit.
3. Reconfirm the desired package.
4. Select any applicable add-ons. Scroll down until you see the add-on section.
5. Confirm deposit amount.
6. Provide payment and credit card authorization
2. Once deposit is paid, the booking will be made within 24 hours. 
3. After booking is complete, a confirmation and an invoice will be provided.  Final balance can be paid in full or over time until April 2, 2027.
1. As there are no held rooms, rates are subject to change as deposits are made.

Cancellation policy:

Deposits are non-refundable.  Any payments made after deposit are subject to applicable fees.  Vacation protection plans are non-refundable once booked.

If cancellation is made prior to departure, applicable fees and penalties may apply.
