Cancellations by Traveler

If you need to cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:

• All deposits made are non-refundable
• Reservations are non-transferable to another person
• No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip, including missed days, activities, or early departure

Supplier Policies

Euphoria Travel works with third-party suppliers (resorts, transportation providers, etc.), and all bookings are subject to their terms and conditions. These policies may also affect cancellation eligibility.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation

• Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of funds

2. Payment Plans

We offer flexible payment plans for your convenience.

• Payment plans must be followed as scheduled
• Late or missed payments may result in cancellation without refund
• Prices are subject to change until a deposit is received

3. Cancellation Policy

All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or unused portions of the trip
• Reservations cannot be transferred to another person
