How It Works:
Select Your Package: Choose from the options below and click “Book Now.” Submit the travel inquiry form and one-time non-refundable/non-transferable retainer fee.

- 5-9 Travelers: $50 (Count adults only)
- 10-19 Travelers: $150 (Count adults only)
- 20+ Travelers: $185 (Count adults only)
Fill out the form by selecting “1” for the number of travelers. There is a different place on the form to indicate the actual number of travelers.
Continue to Traveler Info: Complete the form in its entirety.
Proceed to Payment: Authorize payment for the planning fee of your choice.
Receive Your Quote: Upon submission of the fee and form, please allow 2-5 business days to receive your quote(s).

Important Notes:
- Check Your Email and Spam Folder: Ensure you receive all communications.
- Pricing: Travel is in high demand, and rates are variable. Our airline and hotel partners update their inventory hourly, so we cannot guarantee the quoted price without your deposit. Clients are advised to respond to quotes and/or provide feedback within 7 days of the initial quote. One revision to your quote is offered within 7 days of the initial quote delivery. Any subsequent revisions or quotes are subject to a new fee.
- Cancellation Policy: The planning fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. It is also not eligible for reimbursement through travel insurance or protection. Any subsequent revisions or quotes are subject to a new fee. Prices are not guaranteed and can change anytime if you are not ready to make a deposit when you receive your quote.
- Rush Services: Available for an additional fee. $35.00 domestic, $55.00 international. This fee will be invoiced if traveling within 14 days.
