Payment Policy:
- Early Bird Pricing $199 per person before October 1, 2026, afterwards deposit is $299 pp
- Balance can be split into 8 equal payments of $275 per person beginning September 15, 2025 and final payments are due April 15, 2027
- To help keep everyone on track and make budgeting easier, a minimum payment of $100 is required every 60 days after your initial deposit to keep your reservation active.
- You may make additional payments at any time and in any amount.
- Paying early is always encouraged and helps reduce your final balance.
- Reservations with no payment activity for more than 60 days may be subject to cancellation after notification from Lux Travel.
- Final payment must be received by the published final payment deadline.
- The opportunity to add FLIGHTS at a later date will be available for add on if you choose to do so.
Registration & Payment Authorization
- Registration will include both occupants in room & Deposit must be paid together. Once deposit is paid- a invoice will be available & sent via email to both persons registered.
- A credit card authorization form is included with registration. Please ensure the name on the card must match the traveler’s.

- Reservations are on First Come, First Serve Basis! Deposits are accepted prior to due dates.
- Prices are based on per person

- Airfare is NOT included in this package.
- Airport to fly in would be Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay
- Hotel rooms usually contains 1 King or 2 double beds.
- Hotel check in is 4pm and checkout is 11am.
- Roommate match is not available for this trip
Cancellation Policy & Important Information

Final Payment Due: April 15, 2027. Failure to submit the final payment by this date will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation. Lux Travel, LLC is not responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.
Travel Documents and Requirements
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Date of birth is required for booking.
- A valid U.S. passport is required. Passports must not expire within 6 months of travel.
- Check all spelling and details prior to receiving travel documents, which will be emailed 21 days prior to departure.
