Terms and Conditions

 

Documents Required for Travel  

Passports are now required for international travel and must be valid 6 months past return date. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please contact the appropriate Consulate.

Refunds are not issued for costs associated with failure to bring proper documentation. Passport Processing

 

Client Responsibility

You agree to be bound by the following obligations, including without limitation:

  1. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made;
  2. You must be 18 years of age or older and have legal capacity;
  3. You declare that you understand these Terms and Conditions;
  4. You warrant that all information you provide about yourself or anyone else shall be true and accurate;

 

Payments

 

Credit card details are collected in order to guarantee your booking. Please note the maximum number of reservations guaranteed under the same credit card is five (5). The full amount corresponding to your reservation will be charged in full forty-five (45) days prior to your arrival day to the credit card provided during the booking process.

 

When you make a reservation through us, you will see a hold for $1.00 placed on your credit card by the property name. This is a standard part of our security validation process, with no charge to you, and you might receive a notification from your bank.

All visible rates on every single one of The Excellence Collection websites are displayed in US dollars.

You must present a credit or debit card when you check in at the resort. A hold will be placed on your card to cover extra charges. Upon check-out, your credit card will be charged only for the amount incurred during your stay. 

 

Revisions

Once payment has been received, a revision fee of $50 per booking will be required each time changes are made to a reservation to cover administrative costs. If a revision requires re-issuance of an airline ticket, the airline may charge additional change fees. Revisions to airfare and/or hotel will always be subject to fare increases. Certain promotional fares do not allow changes of any nature.

 

Cancellations/Refunds  

For cancellations of bookings received 24 hours or more prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be required.

 

Cancellations received after 1200pm e.s.t the day before arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire hotel stay. Please be aware that no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your stay. Cancellation policies are applicable at all times without exception.

 

For Last Minute Cancellation outside of agency business hours please contact the hotel directly.

 

Guest Behavior

In the event of a termination of your hotel arrangement by the hotel (manager) by reason of improper conduct, our liability to you and /or your party will cease. We will have no further obligations to you and/or your party. No refunds for lost accommodation or any other service will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.

 

Baggage

Most airlines now charge a fee for checked bags and/or seat assignments. Please ask your agent for more details or you can visit your carrier's website. Aircraft, Flight Changes, and Delays

Passengers are subject to the ticket terms and tariffs of the airlines, which when issued, shall be the sole contract between the airline and the passenger. Note: Prices are subject to increase prior to the time you make full payment for your air-inclusive package. Prices are not subject to increase after you make full payment, with the exception of charges resulting from increased government-imposed taxes or fees.

 

Excellence Collection Terms and Conditions

Booking your package with Honeymoons, Inc. and Excellence Collection means you also accept the terms and conditions of Excellence Collection. Our Commitment to You:

Honeymoons Inc. has made arrangements with the cruise lines, airlines, hotels and other independent suppliers to provide you with the services you purchase. We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for your vacation. However, we do not accept any liability for the actions or omissions of the independent suppliers, over whom we have no direct control. However, if you have any dispute with such persons, we will provide as much reasonable help as we can in resolving the matter. Please understand that we cannot control such factors as weather, government actions, mechanical breakdowns, your physical, medical or mental disabilities, failure to obtain valid travel documents or failure to follow travel instructions.
