**Terms and Conditions for Booking with MSC Cruises:**

Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions governing your cruise booking with MSC Cruises. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms, which constitute a binding agreement between you (the "Guest") and MSC Cruises (the "Company").

1. **Booking Confirmation and Payment:**
All bookings are subject to availability. To confirm your reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required, depending on the specific cruise, cabin type, and time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.

2. **Cruise Fares:**
Cruise fares are based on the selected itinerary, cabin category, and number of guests per cabin. Fares are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and payment is received.

3. **Cancellations and Refunds:**
Cancellation policies vary depending on the cruise length and the time of cancellation. Guests are advised to review the specific cancellation terms applicable to their booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Company's refund policy.

4. **Travel Documents and Passport Validity:**
It is the Guest's responsibility to ensure that all required travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other necessary identification, are valid and up to date. The Company shall not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from inadequate travel documentation.

5. **Health and Medical Requirements:**
Guests must be in good health and capable of safely participating in the cruise activities. Any medical condition that may require special attention or accommodation must be disclosed to the Company at the time of booking. Guests with certain medical conditions may be required to submit a medical certificate.

6. **Travel Insurance:**
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.

7. **Guest Conduct:**
Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other passengers and crew members. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in disembarkation at the Guest's expense, without refund or liability to the Company.

8. **Itinerary Changes and Port Calls:**
The Company reserves the right to modify the cruise itinerary, including port calls, due to operational, safety, or other reasons. Such changes will be communicated to Guests as soon as reasonably possible.

9. **Age Requirements:**
Guests must meet the minimum age requirement to travel on MSC Cruises. Infants must be at least six months old on the day of embarkation. Specific age restrictions may apply to certain cruise itineraries or activities.

10. **Alcoholic Beverages and Smoking:**
The Company's policy on alcohol consumption and smoking is in accordance with international regulations and shipboard policies. Guests must adhere to these guidelines while on board.

11. **Force Majeure:**
The Company shall not be liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, and governmental actions.

12. **Governing Law and Jurisdiction:**
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which the cruise is purchased. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant country.

By proceeding with your cruise booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact MSC Cruises or your authorized travel agent.
