Welcome to Dawn of Adventures! These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") outline the expectations and obligations between you and Dawn of Adventures. In this Agreement, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Dawn of Adventures, while "you" refers to the individual who accepts this agreement.

2. Communication

We primarily communicate via email, unless a scheduled phone call is requested by either party.

3. Response Time

While we strive to provide timely responses, please understand that Nathan and Ashley have additional commitments. We apologize if there are delays in providing quotes or booking information. We will communicate with you promptly if there are any unforeseen delays beyond our control.

4. Services

Dawn of Adventures offers retail travel services provided by independent vendors. We do not directly operate these services but act as intermediaries. Therefore, we are not liable for any operational failures, losses, damages, delays, or injuries incurred during travel.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for damages resulting from events beyond our control, including acts of God, social or labor unrest, war, terrorism, mechanical failures, or climatic conditions.

6. Office Hours

Our office hours are 9am-7pm Monday through Friday EDT. While we endeavor to respond promptly, responses outside of these hours are not guaranteed. Emergency contact during travel is available.
