CS Luxury Travel Terms of Service

By utilizing the services of CS Luxury Travel, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and all travelers included in your reservation.

1. Travel Documents & Accuracy

It is the traveler’s responsibility to carefully review all itineraries, invoices, confirmations, and travel documents upon receipt. Travelers must notify CS Luxury Travel immediately of any errors or discrepancies.

Names provided for travel reservations must exactly match the traveler’s government-issued identification and/or passport. Failure to provide accurate information may result in denied boarding, cancellation penalties, or additional supplier fees.

2. Agency Role

CS Luxury Travel acts solely as an independent intermediary and advisor for travel suppliers including, but not limited to, hotels, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, transfer companies, insurance providers, and other travel service providers (“Suppliers”).

CS Luxury Travel does not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers and therefore is not liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or overbookings
  • Mechanical failures
  • Weather disruptions
  • Labor disputes
  • Government actions or restrictions
  • Loss, injury, accident, illness, or death occurring during travel

All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual suppliers providing those services.

3. Pricing & Availability

Travel pricing and availability are subject to change until confirmed with deposit or full payment. Quotes are not guaranteed until booked and paid.

Luxury travel pricing may fluctuate due to:

  • Supplier inventory changes
  • Dynamic pricing
  • Currency exchange fluctuations
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Government taxes and fees
  • Resort or destination fees

CS Luxury Travel is not responsible for pricing increases imposed by suppliers after initial quotation.

4. Deposits & Payments

A deposit and/or full payment may be required at the time of booking depending on supplier requirements.

By submitting payment authorization, you agree to all supplier terms and conditions, including cancellation policies and penalties.

Failure to make payments by stated deadlines may result in automatic cancellation of reservations and loss of funds.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation penalties are determined by each individual supplier and may vary by reservation.

Many travel arrangements, especially luxury hotels, cruises, villas, tours, and airfare, may be non-refundable once booked.

If you cancel your travel arrangements:

  • Supplier penalties will apply according to their policies
  • CS Luxury Travel planning and service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable
  • Refund processing times are controlled entirely by suppliers and financial institutions

CS Luxury Travel does not guarantee refunds for unused travel arrangements, missed flights, illness, weather events, supplier bankruptcy, or force majeure events.

6. Changes to Reservations

Changes requested after booking may result in supplier-imposed change fees, fare increases, re-ticketing costs, or complete cancellation and rebooking.

CS Luxury Travel reserves the right to charge additional service fees for significant itinerary revisions or post-booking modifications.

7. Travel Insurance

CS Luxury Travel strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.

Travel insurance may provide coverage for:

  • Trip cancellation or interruption
  • Medical emergencies
  • Emergency evacuation
  • Supplier bankruptcy
  • Delays and missed connections
  • Lost or delayed baggage

By declining travel insurance, you acknowledge and accept full financial responsibility for any losses incurred.

CS Luxury Travel is not responsible for denied insurance claims or coverage limitations.

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess:

  • Valid passports
  • Required visas
  • Vaccination records
  • Entry documentation
  • REAL ID compliance for domestic travel where applicable

Many countries require passports to remain valid for at least six months beyond travel dates.

Failure to comply with entry requirements may result in denied boarding or denied entry, for which CS Luxury Travel bears no responsibility.

10. Airline Schedule Changes & Overbooking

Airlines may change schedules, aircraft, routes, seating assignments, or fares at any time.

Flights may also be overbooked, resulting in denied boarding situations beyond the control of CS Luxury Travel.

Travelers are responsible for monitoring their airline reservations and reconfirming flight schedules directly with carriers.

11. Supplier Loyalty Programs & Amenities

Preferred partner amenities, upgrades, resort credits, early check-in, late checkout, and similar benefits are subject to availability and supplier discretion.

These benefits are never guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing by the supplier.

14. Travel Advisor Fees

CS Luxury Travel may charge professional planning, research, itinerary design, air ticketing, concierge, or management fees depending on the complexity and scope of services provided.
