Before we begin planning, please review the following terms outlining what you can expect from me — and what I’ll need from you — to make your trip exceptional.
CS Luxury Travel provides professional travel planning, consultation, and booking services for hotels, villas, cruises, tours, transfers, and related travel experiences. All arrangements are made through vetted, reputable suppliers and partners. My role is to design, coordinate, and manage your travel plans to ensure a personalized, luxury experience from inquiry through return.
A non-refundable professional planning fee is required to begin any itinerary design, quote, or consultation. This fee covers my time, expertise, and access to exclusive partner amenities. It is not applied toward travel costs and is due prior to any research or proposals being delivered.
All trip payments, including deposits and final balances, are processed directly through the supplier or wholesaler handling your reservation. Each supplier has its own payment schedule, cancellation policy, and change terms, which will be clearly communicated before booking. CS Luxury Travel is not responsible for supplier errors, rate changes, or operational decisions beyond our control.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment against unexpected events such as illness, flight cancellations, or weather disruptions. I will gladly provide policy options upon request, but the decision to purchase coverage remains the traveler’s responsibility.
To ensure accurate reservations, clients agree to provide complete and correct information, including legal names as shown on passports, dates of birth, travel preferences, and any special needs or requests. Clients are responsible for reviewing itineraries for accuracy prior to final payment.
Any modifications after booking may incur fees imposed by the supplier and/or a CS Luxury Travel change fee depending on the extent of the revisions. Cancellations are subject to supplier terms, and all planning fees remain non-refundable.
