Vacation Rental Proposal Terms:

A non-refundable research fee is required before services are rendered. No quotations will be provided until this fee is submitted. Research fees are payable upon submission of this form via FCIB or Scotia online bank transfer. This fee is NOT APPLED TO YOUR VACATION and is paid directly to The Travel Empire.
Two (2) vacation rental quotation/proposal options will be provided within 2-4 business days AFTER receipt of the research fee. A maximum of two (2) minor revisions are allowed for the initial research fee.
Vacation rental must be booked within 30 days after quotation is approved otherwise a new research fee will apply after this timeline. A change of dates during the process will require a new research fee.
This is a quotation only valid as of the date provided. Prices are subject to change at any time until booked and deposit/full payment made. Please keep in mind, as you review/discuss/research other options; rentals may be otherwise reserved and booked.
