The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to She's All Booked, LLC and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
I, the undersigned, understand that She's All Booked, LLC is not the source or supplier of the travel services I have requested, and that She's All Booked, LLC acts solely as an intermediary for the actual suppliers of such services. I have been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to me are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services I have purchased. I consent to and request the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold She's All Booked, LLC, its owners or employees responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the travel services I have purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law, rule or regulation; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience.
While She's All Booked, LLC prides itself on selecting top quality suppliers, no undertaking, guarantee or warranty is given or shall be implied as to the fitness or condition of the supplier’s accommodations, transportation, or any food, drink, medicine, or provisions supplied. I acknowledge and agree that She's All Booked, LLC shall not be responsible for refunding, either fully or partially, any amounts paid due to unsatisfactory services from any supplier. In no event shall She's All Booked, LLC be liable for any accident or injury which occurs in hotels, in resorts, on airplanes/in airports, on buses/in bus station, on trains/in train station, on board a cruise ship, on tenders, on shore excursions, or during any mode of transportation encountered during the trip, resulting from any cause. I admit a full understanding of the nature and character of the mode of transport and assumes all risk of travel, transportation and handling of baggage.
Without limitation, I assume the risk of, and agree that She's All Booked, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from or related to any act of God or public enemies, arrest, restraints of any government or rules of people, piracy, war, revolution, extortion, terrorist activity, threatened or actual rebellion, political upheaval, civil unrest, riots, fire, lockouts, explosion, collisions, weather conditions, dangers incident to the sea, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases local laws, abnormal conditions or developments, closure of airports/seaports/hotels/train stations, carrier or supplier logistical problems, computer problems stranding, food or water poisoning, illness, grounding, perils of the sea, rivers, canals, locks or other waters, perils of navigation of any kind, theft, accident to or from machinery, boilers, or latent defects even though existing at commencement of the trip, desertion or revolts of crew, or lost/damaged/delayed, flights, connections, transfers, or luggage.
I understand that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires me to carry a government issued identification card or passport in order to board a flight. I have been advised that the name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card or passport must exactly match the same such data that is listed on my airline ticket and in my booking records. I understand that if traveling internationally all persons must have a valid passport book, and that a passport card is not valid for air travel. I acknowledge that my failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing me to miss my flight. I understand that She's All Booked, LLC is not responsible for errors made as a result of my providing incorrect information.
I understand that each country has its own set of standards regarding Criminal History and visitor entry. Should travelers have any history of criminal conduct (including, but not limited to, unpaid child support, driving under the influence, theft, violence, and/or sexual offenses), he/she/they are solely responsible for consulting with an attorney and/or the destination consulate regarding eligibility to leave the US and enter that destination country or countries. She's All Booked, LLC is not responsible for trip delays, cancellations, and/or incurred or forfeiture of trip costs resulting from denied boarding of a plane or denied entry into a country. I agree to immediately review all aspects of my booking to verify (but not limited to): LEGAL first and last names, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, pricing, airfare, arrival/departure airports, accommodations, and organized activities on my booking receipt. I will notify She's All Booked, LLC immediately if any omissions and/or corrections are needed regarding the booking details. I voluntarily assume full and sole responsibility for any and all risks and/or costs involved with failure to report such errors and/or omissions. I understand that discounted fares typically involve restrictions, and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money. I have been advised to use a credit card as this may offer me the opportunity to dispute the charge should a vendor cease operating.
She's All Booked, LLC will advise me of the supplier's refund, change and cancellation fees and penalties. I am aware that all cancellations or no-shows are subject to additional charges or penalties imposed by the supplier, and I understand that I am responsible for payment of those additional charges and penalties. All cancellations MUST be in writing and sent prior to the day of travel to She's All Booked, LLC by email or text message.
I understand that I may purchase travel insurance to cover certain risks inherent in travel such as supplier bankruptcy and the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency. I agree that adequate travel insurance protection will be considered to include but not be limited to: cancellation and trip interruption, medical and loss of baggage. If this protection is declined, a signed liability release waiver form will be required. If travel protection is declined, I acknowledge and accept liability of any cancellation penalties, damages and/or out-of-pocket expenses incurred.
I understand that I may ask She's All Booked, LLC questions at any time before, during, and after my travel. I agree with the above terms and conditions and appoint Casey Thomas of She's All Booked, LLC to research vacation plans and act as my consultant for the airline, tour operator, hotelier, cruise line or other supplier as indicated in the documents, brochures, correspondence, or other communication that will be used for travel.
She's All Booked, LLC holds the responsibility to source travel packages, present quotes in a professional manner and advise on suitable packages being offered by either the resort or supplier. She's All Booked, LLC warrants and declares that every effort will be made to provide the best prices available for the vacation that I request. I have the right to choose not to proceed with any travel arrangements quoted.
I understand that my Group Leader is the sole authorized liaison with She's All Booked, LLC. As such, I agree to read all written materials and relevant information provided by my Group Leader.
I consent to She's All Booked, LLC using any photographic, film, digital, or video likeness taken of me and any of my photographic, film, digital, or video content shared by me for future publicity or marketing without compensation to me and also may use my contact information for future She's All Booked, LLC promotions.
COVID-19 INFORMATION
I request that She's All Booked, LLC make one or more travel bookings on my behalf. As the worldwide COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic remains ongoing at this time, I acknowledge that for this reason, and other reasons not reasonably foreseeable at this time, these travel plans may be interrupted or cancelled by the supplier that is providing them, a government entity or other third party over which She's All Booked, LLC has no control. I further acknowledge that the supplier’s own cancellation, rebooking and refund policies, subject to any applicable law that is now or may later be in effect, will govern my rights and remedies, including my right to receive a refund, in such an event. Moreover, I understand that should I elect to purchase travel insurance, the terms of the policy will dictate whether, and to what extent, coverage for any financial loss may exist under the circumstances. By signing below, I hereby agree to hold She's All Booked, LLC harmless and release it from any and all liability for any damages, including but not limited to monetary losses, I may incur as a result of such interruption or cancellation of these travel plans.
I understand that COVID-19 cancellations may be time-sensitive, and a response will be requested within 24 hours. In the absence of my response, I authorize She's All Booked, LLC to make decisions regarding cancellation options in order to preserve my vacation investment to the greatest extent possible.
