Terms & Conditions

We are It's 4 U Travels and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to It's 4 U Travels and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

Deposits, Insurance payments and retainer fees are non-refundable.

Covid 19:
Due to Covid-19 (CV-19), all of our travelers are required to have a passport, travel insurance and/or be willing to purchase travel insurance in order for us to book his/her travel.

It's 4 U Travels is here only to help guide you. We are not responsible for any outcomes. Because of the nature of the pandemic, all travelers
are responsible for knowing what is required and following the required guidelines.

It's 4 U Travels is not responsible for travelers meeting COVID-19 (CV-19) vaccination requirements. We are here to help guide you thru
the travel process. Things change constantly. We are not responsible for clients knowing or understanding the latest news and/or policies. We require that all travelers be prepared for any changes that may occur without notice.

All clients must have a plan:
- If travel is cancelled, due to CV-19, you must know how you will cover the travel costs to include an alternative hotel, flight, hospitalization and other costs due to the pandemic
- If you have insurance, you must know what your insurance covers and how to file a claim. Many travel insurance companies
  do not provide CV-19 assistance. Please ensure you know what your plan covers.
- If you do not have insurance, you must have a back up plan as to how you intend to pay for your return travel if needed.
  - If needed, you must be able to find an approved CV19 hospital/hotel and / or transportation to/from
  - If needed, you will need to know if someone will stay with the traveler that must quarantine and who will pay if
    that happens. Your travel agent is not responsible. Your insurance may or may not cover this. We will help guide
    you thru the process.
All travelers must read their insurance requirements. Your travel agent is not responsible for any outcomes. We will provide
the information, all travelers agree to read and understand and do what is required.

It's 4 U Travels does not guarantee any outcomes.

The basics:

If you purchase insurance from It's 4 U Travels, you have selected the insurance options and it will be on your invoice with the amount due indicated. Your insurance is not active until after you have paid enough to cover your deposit and insurance.

Insurance is approximately 10% of your total per person vacation price. This may be more depending on the options you choose or
add to your account later.
If payment is due and you cannot pay on time, please contact your travel agent if alternative payment arrangements are needed.
If going out of the country, guests are highly encouraged to travel with a valid passport, even when not required. Please know
that your passport must not expire within six (6) months of your vacation return date. If your passport expires as indicated, your
passport may NOT be a valid form of Identification.
Cancellation dates/penalties/guidelines for canceling your vacation:
- Deposit: (non-refundable) per person
- Your deposit and insurance are non-refundable. Air payments are always non-refundable/non-transferable

Penalties:
- Paypal Fees - if used
- Late Payments: $25.00 per person, per payment - automatically added to invoice the next business day.
- Returned checks/payments: $30.00 per person - automatically added to invoice
- All rates are subject to change until fully deposited and/or paid in full.
