By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that I have been made aware of the terms and conditions of ADR Vacations, their roommate matching program, and any travel supplier (cruise line, hotel, airline, etc.) that I am purchasing a product or service from, including, but not limited to, any applicable penalties for changes or cancellation of travel plans, restrictions on refunds, or other supplier-specific terms of service, and that I acknowledge and agree to those applicable terms of service. I authorize ADR Vacations to charge the credit card provided herein. I also certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.
PLEASE NOTE: Payments submitted through the online invoice are not automatically processed. Your credit card will not be charged until your payment information has been submitted by ADR Vacations to the travel supplier and successfully processed. MINIMUM AUTHORIZATION AMOUNT IS $400.

Roommate Matching Program Terms and Conditions
We cannot confirm or make a booking for you with a cruise line until we have your roommate secured. This is because cruise lines do not allow a “TBA” booking. You may see a delay in receiving a confirmation that you’ve been booked until we have your roommate ready to book. Additionally, we need to match you to someone who wants to be in the same stateroom category. If this is the case, we will notify you, and you can decide if you can negotiate on the stateroom category and location.
We provide this Roommate Matching program as a service to our customers. However, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned a suitable roommate or that you will get along with your assigned roommate. Rooming with a stranger can be a challenge, even when both of you try hard to get along.
You take full responsibility for your choice of utilizing the Roommate Matching program.
If you decline the roommate that is automatically assigned, your booking will be changed to a solo traveler, and you will be liable for paying the single occupancy supplement by the final payment date.
We will not be held liable for any costs or complications arising from an unpleasant roommate situation. Separating into single rooms may not be possible or will incur additional expenses for both of you.
If we have matched you to a roommate, and the roommate cancels, you will automatically revert to a single-occupancy cabin.
