KamKay Travel Solutions Terms & Conditions

We are KamKay Travel Solutions and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to KamKay Travel Solutions and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

 

Intermediary Role
We act as an intermediary between you and various travel suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, cruises, tour operators, etc.). We are not the provider of the services, but we facilitate the booking and arrangement of those services on behalf of you. Therefore, any contract is directly between you  and the respective suppliers.  We do not accept payments direclty and all payments for travel arrangments are made direclty to the respective suppliers. 
 
Supplier Responsibility
We do not own or operate any of the services (transport, accommodations, activities, etc.) offered as part of the trip. We are not responsible for the quality or fulfillment of the services provided by the suppliers. Any disputes, issues, or claims must be addressed directly to the respective supplier in accordance with their own terms and conditions.
 
Supplier Terms and Conditions
By booking through us, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the suppliers providing your travel services. These may include cancellation policies, rules on baggage, check-in times, and other supplier-specific policies.
 
Third-Party Websites and Content
We may provide links to third-party websites for information or booking purposes. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of these external sites, nor for any issues arising from bookings made through them. 
 
Limitation of Liability
We will not be held liable for any:
  • Loss, damage, or injury resulting from services provided by third-party suppliers.
  • Changes, cancellations, or delays caused by suppliers or external factors (e.g., weather, natural disasters, strikes).
  • Personal expenses incurred during the trip due to supplier error or changes.
 
Travel Documentation
It is your responsibility to ensure you and all travelers in your group have valid passports, visas, and any necessary travel documentation. We will provide general guidance but we are not responsible for any errors or omissions regarding documentation. We are not liable for any issues related to denied boarding or entry due to inadequate or expired documentation 
 
Changes and Cancellations

Any changes or cancellations made by you may be subject to fees, penalties, or loss of payments as per the supplier's policy.   You may also be subjected to cancellations fees from us.  We will assist in communicating with suppliers, but we are not responsible for supplier policies.

 
Changes and Amendments 
Any changes requested by the client after a booking has been confirmed (such as changes to travel dates, accommodation, names or services) may incur additional fees. These changes are subject to the availability and terms of the suppliers. Changes initiated by suppliers may result in alternative arrangements being made; in such cases, we will notify you promptly.
 
Payment Terms
Full payment or deposit is required to confirm a booking. You are responsible for paying in accordance with the deadlines provided by us. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking. Payments are subject to the terms of the respective suppliers.

Taxes and Service Fees
Some destinations may charge local taxes, resort fees, and/or incidental fees which are payable directly to the hotel or local authorities. These may not be included in the total price provided by us and is the responsibility of you. 

 

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage and other unforeseen events. We can assist in arranging travel insurance but any claims must be directed to the insurance provider.  We are not responsible for any claims or the policy’s terms and conditions.
 
Force Majeure (Unforeseeable Events) 
We nor our suppliers shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God, war, terrorist activities, natural disasters, or pandemics.  In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule or provide alternative solutions, but refunds are not guaranteed. 
 
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute between the you and us, we will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Should legal action be required, the dispute will be governed by the laws of Florida.

 

Health and Safety 
It is your responsibility to research and comply with the health and safety requirements of your destination, including vaccinations, local laws, and regulations.  We are not responsible for any health issues, accidents, or legal matters that occur during the trip.
 
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or upon notifying you.
 
Chargebacks
You acknowledge and understand that the signed credit card authorization is a binding agreement for charging your submitted credit card for services as indicated on your invoices, and as such, you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company and you waive any right to a chargeback in the case of trip delays, changes, or cancellations for any cause (excepting fraud), including a force majeure event and you agree to refund policies and procedures as outlined in the terms and conditions of the suppliers operating components of the trip. In the event that you attempt without our authorization to chargeback, reverse, or recollect a trip payment already made, we reserve the right to collect all additional costs, fees, and expenses associated with such chargeback, reversal, or recollection including, without limitation, attorney fees.  You understand that your credit card statement may reflect the supplier name Classic Vacations, Vacation Express,  or other supplier’s name (ex: airlines) when transactions are completed on your  behalf by us.  You understand payment may take 3-5 business days to fully process and be reflected on your  credit card statement depending on your banking institution. 
 
Acceptance of Terms
By signing this agreement,  you acknowledge that you have read, understood and  agree to these terms and conditions as well as any supplier-specific terms that apply to your trip.
