Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they contain very important information about booking a travel product and/or service with Honeymoons, Inc. and Travel Impressions.

When you book a travel product and/or service with Honeymoons, Inc. and Travel Impressions to a destination, you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions, without modification, intend to be legally bound by them and acknowledge and agree that they become part of your contract with Travel Impressions. To the extent that any travel products and/or services are booked through this website or your Travel Agent, you agree that these Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions.

Revisions

Once payment has been received, a revision fee of $50 will be due per booking each time changes are made to a reservation to cover administrative costs.

Payments

-Initial Deposit: $250 per person PLUS OPTIONAL INSURANCE - Due by 2/10/2026

-Final Payment: Due by 2/24/2026

*Reservations with outstanding balances as of 2/25/2026 will be subject to automatic cancellation by the resort.

Cancellations/Refunds

-Cancellations made until 2/16/2026 will result in a 1 night penalty + $50

-Cancellations made 2/17/2026 to 3/18/2026 will result in a 2 night penalty + $50

-Cancellations made on or after 3/19/2026 are fully non-refundable

Documents Required for Travel

Valid Passports for the duration of the stay are required for international travel to Jamaica. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please contact the appropriate Consulate. Refunds are not issued for costs associated with your failure to bring proper documentation.

Baggage

Most airlines now charge passengers to travel with checked bags. Please ask your agent for more details, or you can visit your carrier's website.

Aircraft, Flight Changes, and Delays

Passengers are subject to the ticket terms and tariffs of the airlines, which when issued, shall be the sole contract between the airline and the passenger. Note: Prices are subject to increase prior to the time you make full payment for your air-inclusive tour. Prices are not subject to increase after you make full payment, except for charges resulting from increased government-imposed taxes or fees.

Our Commitment to You:

Honeymoons Inc. has made arrangements with airlines, hotels, and other independent suppliers to provide you with the services you purchase. We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for your vacation. However, we do not accept any liability for the actions or omissions of the independent suppliers, over whom we have no direct control. If you have any dispute with such persons, however, we will give you such reasonable help as we can in resolving this.

Please understand also that we cannot control such factors as weather, government actions, mechanical breakdowns, your physical, medical or mental disabilities, your failure to obtain valid travel documents or your failure to follow travel instructions.
