BOOKING TERMS & POLICIES

  • All payments are made via debit or credit card authorisation on your invoice once issued. Please wait until your invoice is issued BEFORE submitting any payments to us. Your invoice is usually generated within 24-48 hours after submission of your booking form.
  • By signing this form and clicking "Submit", you confirm you have read, understand and agree to The Travel Empire's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (click the highlighted links to review). 
  • By submitting this form, I, lead traveller (and on behalf of my travel party listed on this form) confirm that I/we have been made aware of the benefits of purchasing travel insurance as indicated above. I have read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions provided herein. Subject to travel insurance being purchased and applicable cancellation penalties, I understand all funds are non-refundable and non-transferable unless a flexible cancellation/refundable trip component is booked.**
  • It is Client's responsibility to ensure that names are spelt correctly and that they are your legal names as it appears in your Passport. Please verify all legal names match the name in your passport and provide birth dates of each passenger. Change fees may by applied by the airline if names are not entered correctly. By submitting this form, you certify that all information provided above is verified to be correct.
  • You confirm that you have reviewed your travel quotation itinerary for accuracy (dates, cruise, flights, hotels, etc.) and you have been advised of all applicable fees imposed by your agent and the suppliers as well as any scheduled fees that may be required if this booking is cancelled or changed.

    PLEASE ALLOW 24-48 BUSINESS HOURS TO RECEIVE YOUR TRIP INVOICE (UNLESS WE ARE CLOSED FOR BUSINESS/OUT OF OFFICE). **PLEASE NOTE THAT PRICES & AVAILABILITY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNTIL BOOKED AND PAYMENT SUCCESSFULLY APPLIED TO YOUR BOOKING.
