Terms & Conditions

By booking with Booked and Stamped, L.L.C., otherwise known as Booked and Stamped, LuxeStamps Escapes, or any affiliated travel services, you ("the client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") and any additional supplier terms that may apply to your booking. Booked and Stamped, L.L.C., hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," "our," or "the agency," reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with any changes communicated via email. By reviewing this Agreement and clicking "Agree," you consent to the following terms and authorize us to charge the payment method provided.


1. Role as Agent and Limitation of Liability

Booked and Stamped, L.L.C., including LuxeStamps Escapes, acts solely as an agent for suppliers providing travel-related services, such as airlines, hotels, resorts, transportation operators, excursion providers, and other service entities. We do not own or operate these suppliers and assume no liability for personal injury, illness, property damage, or other losses resulting from:

  • Actions, omissions, or negligence of the suppliers.
  • Events beyond our control, including transportation delays, cancellations, or unexpected changes to travel arrangements due to weather, strikes, pandemics, governmental regulations, or acts of nature.

It is the client’s responsibility to review each supplier’s terms and conditions, as they may affect your travel experience. Booked and Stamped, L.L.C., cannot be held liable for failure to meet supplier requirements.


2. Review of Personal Information

It is the client's responsibility to carefully review and confirm the accuracy of all personal information within 24 hours of receiving booking confirmation. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Correct spelling of all traveler names as shown on government-issued identification
  • Accurate dates of birth for each traveler
  • Verification of travel dates, accommodations, itinerary details, and other trip elements

Failure to verify and confirm details within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation will result in the client being held fully liable for any errors or necessary corrections, which may incur additional fees.


3. Passport, Visa, and Entry Requirements

Each traveler is responsible for ensuring they have valid and up-to-date documentation, including passports, visas, and any other required identification. Passport requirements vary by destination; for some countries, passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date. Additionally:

  • Minors or travelers without legal guardians may require notarized consent letters.
  • Travelers with criminal records may face entry restrictions in certain countries.

Booked and Stamped, L.L.C., is not responsible for denied entry due to documentation issues or customs/immigration policies, and such denials will result in complete financial loss for the affected traveler(s).


4. Health, Safety, and Government Regulations

Health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 policies, may be in effect and are subject to change without notice. Travelers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with all entry and health requirements, including vaccination, testing, and quarantine mandates for each destination.

We cannot be held liable for any inconvenience, loss, or additional costs resulting from mandatory health protocols, nor for potential exposure to contagious diseases during travel.


5. Travel Insurance

Booked and Stamped, L.L.C., is not an insurance provider. Third-party travel insurance is available for purchase and is highly recommended to protect your investment. Please note:

  • We are not responsible for insurance claims or specific coverage assurances.
  • All insurance purchases are non-refundable, and clients are solely responsible for understanding the coverage and exclusions of any policy purchased.

If you choose not to purchase insurance, you assume full financial responsibility for potential losses due to trip interruption, cancellation, or delay.


6. Changes, Cancellations, Refunds, and Chargeback Policy

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid unless specified otherwise by supplier policies. Modifications requested after 24 hours of booking confirmation will incur a change fee of $50 per person, per change, applicable to any modifications to dates, names, room categories, etc.

  • Chargeback Waiver: By booking with us, you agree to waive any right to initiate a chargeback on processed payments. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in legal action, and you will be liable for all associated costs, including attorney fees, court costs, and any expenses arising from an unauthorized chargeback.

  • Refunds: Refunds, if any, are subject to supplier policies, and Booked and Stamped, L.L.C., has no control over those policies. Clients should review supplier policies thoroughly.

Any chargeback attempts outside the scope of these terms may lead to legal action to recover the original payment and associated fees.


7. Photography and Social Media Disclosure

By booking with us or participating in LuxeStamps Escapes events, you grant us permission to capture and use images, video, and audio of your travel experiences for marketing purposes, including on social media platforms.

  • If you prefer not to appear in any content, please notify us in writing prior to your trip departure.
  • We respect privacy requests, but any images captured during public or group events are subject to use as stated.

8. Disclaimers for LuxeStamps Escapes

LuxeStamps Escapes trips are luxury group experiences curated by Booked and Stamped, L.L.C. While we work to ensure a high-quality experience, we do not assume responsibility for:

  • Supplier changes, including itinerary adjustments, amenity changes, or room availability issues.
  • Unforeseen issues that may impact individual experiences but are outside the agency’s control.

LuxeStamps Escapes offers curated packages, and all participants are required to adhere to group guidelines and supplier requirements.


9. Legal Compliance and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

Travelers are responsible for complying with legal and regulatory requirements of the destinations they visit. Booked and Stamped, L.L.C., cannot assist or advise on non-U.S. laws and will not be held liable for any related legal or regulatory issues.


10. Client Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

By booking travel through Booked and Stamped, L.L.C., or LuxeStamps Escapes, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including potential delays, personal injury, health risks, property damage, and financial losses. You agree to assume all risks associated with travel, including those related to international travel and excursions.


11. Agreement Acknowledgment and Binding Terms

By clicking “Agree” or providing an electronic signature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all Terms and Conditions outlined in this Agreement, including:

  • Responsibility to review and confirm accuracy of all booking information within 24 hours.
  • Compliance with non-refundable and non-transferable payment policies.
  • Chargeback prevention agreement.
  • Legal jurisdiction clause.
