CUSTOM TRIP PROPOSAL/QUOTE TERMS:

A non-refundable research/planning fee (based on requested trip planning package) is required before services are rendered. No quotations will be provided until this fee is submitted. This fee is NOT APPLED TO YOUR TRIP and is paid directly to The Travel Empire.
Two (2) proposals will be provided within 7-10 business days AFTER receipt of the research/planning fee. NB. If 2 requests are submitted on the same day or within 2 business days of your first request, please allow 10-12 business days to receive the second quotation proposal. NB. If there are any delays and additional time is needed to complete your quote, you will be advised accordingly.
A maximum of two (2) minor revisions are allowed for the initial research fee.
Travel must be booked within 30 days after quotation is approved otherwise a new research fee will apply after this timeline. A change of destination, hotel or travel dates will require a new research/planning fee.
A rush fee service is available for an additional US$15 fee if you wish to receive your quote within 5-7 business days. Please check the box on the form if you wish to request this service.
This is a quotation only valid as of the date provided. Prices are subject to change at any time until booked and payment made. Please keep in mind, as you review/discuss/research other options; airfare may increase and rooms may be otherwise reserved.
