Final payment of the balance must be received at Royal Caribbean's offices at least 75 days prior to the sailing date for 1 - 4 night cruise vacations and 90 days prior to the sailing date for 5-night or longer cruise vacations. The payment schedule for groups is different from that of individuals. You will usually have access to your cruise documents 30 days prior to your sailing as long as your reservation is finalized.  The above information also applies to all holiday sailings, defined as sailings that occur on or between Christmas and/or New Year's day.

IMPORTANT REMINDER - By May 7, 2025, U.S. travelers will need a REAL ID-compliant driver's license, ID card, or a passport to board domestic flights. For more information on REAL ID requirements and how to obtain one, visit: https://www.dhs.gov/real-id

It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they meet all entry requirements for the destination(s) they are visiting, including any restrictions based on criminal history.

Some countries, including but not limited to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and parts of Europe, may deny entry to individuals with past or current criminal convictions—even if those convictions have been expunged or occurred many years ago.

Your Perfect Getaway by Brittany Watson is not liable for any denied boarding, entry refusals, or travel interruptions due to undisclosed or unverified legal history. We strongly encourage all travelers with any past legal issues to consult with the appropriate embassy, consulate, or legal advisor to confirm their eligibility for entry prior to booking.

Failure to meet entry requirements may result in loss of trip payments, and travel insurance may not cover such scenarios.

• I have verified that all names are spelled correctly and that they are my/our legal names as listed on my/our government-issued ID (Passport/Driver's License).
• I hereby verify that I have reviewed my travel itinerary for accuracy, including dates, itinerary, cabin type, and number, etc. I have been advised of all applicable fees imposed by my agent and the suppliers, as well as any scheduled fees that may be required if this booking is canceled or changed. 
  
  

My agent offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent travel service vendors. They do not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of independent travel vendors. I agree and understand that my agent is not responsible for operating failures, loss, damage, delay, or injury to me or members of my traveling party, nor for consequential damages, which may result from failure, delays, or injuries that arise out of or during the scheduled travel. I agree and understand that my agent is not responsible for any damages, direct or consequential, which may arise as a result of acts of God, social or labor unrest, war, political or national strike, terrorist activities, mechanical failures, climatic conditions, or any other actions or commissions beyond the control of Brittany Watson (Agent).

As your travel agent, I highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel protection or insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is designed to protect your investment by providing coverage for unexpected events such as trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, lost or delayed baggage, and more. Please be aware that without insurance, you may be responsible for any costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control. If you choose not to purchase travel or cancellation insurance, you understand you are liable for any cancellation penalties and out-of-pocket expenses incurred before, during, or after travel. You are aware that the Trip Travel Insurance cost is non-refundable. You will also make your own provisions in the event of an emergency while traveling. You

understand the trip cancellation and interruption details and terms. Please notify me, your travel agent, if you have any questions before authorizing payment.

By signing this form, I acknowledge that I have reviewed and understand all the Terms and conditions of the contract (as provided by the vendor) associated with this booking/reservation. 

By signing this form, I grant permission for the vendor to debit my debit/credit card account for the agreed-upon amount on or after the indicated date. I have been informed of the cancellation policies for our travel services and have been made aware of the benefits of travel protection.

Your signature is required to complete your travel plans. Please review the cancellation/change penalties that may apply to changes or cancellations of your travel arrangements.

I acknowledge that all the information on my booking invoice is correct. By signing below, I authorize Brittany Watson, Your Perfect Getaway by Brittany Watson (Host Agency - Xstream Travel), and/or the supplier to charge my card for all charges listed above.
