We're delighted to present this Agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of our LuxePass Membership Program, designed to elevate your travel experiences to unparalleled heights. 		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="By signing this Agreement and submitting the credit card authorization for the initial membership fee, you (the “Member”) are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein."/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;
		<field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Membership Fees &amp;amp; Financial Commitments:"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Founding Member Annual Membership Fee: A non-refundable annual fee of $1,500 is required to join the LuxePass Membership Program on an annual basis.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The annual fee is locked in for the lifetime of your membership."/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Memberships are valid for 12 months.&amp;nbsp; No new memberships will be accepted after September 30th for the remaining year.&amp;nbsp; New memberships for the next year, if available, will open on October 1st of the current year.&amp;nbsp; Annual members must renew every year."/>&#13;

		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Minimum Spending Requirement: Members are required to spend a minimum of $50,000 annually on travel with Robbe Luxury Travel, with each trip having a minimum budget of $15,000."/>&#13;

		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Founding Member Lifetime Membership Fee: $10,000 one-time non-refundable fee.&amp;nbsp; Travel planning services for lifetime of named client.&amp;nbsp; No annual minimum spend, regular LuxePass membership perks plus additional Lifetime Member-Only perks, minimum per trip budget spend of $10,000."/>&#13;

Unlimited Planning Services: Enjoy tailored itineraries for an endless number of dream vacations during your membership year, including our concierge services, 24/7 availability while traveling and all planning is by Certified Luxury Travel Designers.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="2. Exclusive Monthly Newsletters: Stay ahead with the inside scoop on top destinations, luxury resorts, and sumptuous experiences."/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="3. Member-Only Events: Access to the Voyager's Roundtable, Virtual cruise and resort nights, exclusive small group cruises, and private tours."/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="4. Access to Luxury Packages: First look at the best of the best of travel packages and promotions from our preferred luxury suppliers."/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="5. Lifetime Membership-Only Perks: Exclusive events with suppliers and travel partners, exclusive annual group trip (based on the number of Lifetime Members), extra VIP amenities when traveling and gifts and exclusive events throughout the year."/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;
		<field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Limitations &amp;amp; Exclusions:"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Membership Cap: Founding membership is capped at 10 for Annual Membership and 5 for Lifetime Membership.&amp;nbsp; Total Membership will be capped at 100 travelers initially. If the cap is reached, up to 10 new clients may be added each year until the total membership reaches 200.&amp;nbsp; Only 25 Lifetime Membership spots will be open at any given time."/>&#13;

		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Renewal Period: Members have until the day before their Membership expiration date to renew their membership for the following year, failing to renew by this time may result in your spot being offered to a new Member."/>&#13;

		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Cost of Travel: Membership fees cover planning services only; all travel expenses are the responsibility of the Member."/>&#13;

		<field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Costs Included in Minimum Spend and Budget"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="The following costs will be applied towards meeting your Minimum Spend per Year and Minimum Budget per Trip:"/>&#13;

		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Travel/Trip insurance or protection"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Transfers"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Excursions and tours pre-booked by Robbe Luxury Travel"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Pre-cruise booked spa services, beverage packages, tours by Robbe Luxury Travel"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Private aviation charter services"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Private yacht charter services"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Private transportations and/or guides"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Tickets to sporting events, entertainment events, shows or exclusive events"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Rail services"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;
		<field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Costs Excluded from Minimum Spend and Budget"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="The following costs will not be counted towards your Minimum Spend per Year or Minimum Budget per Trip:"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Airfare booked independently outside of Robbe Luxury Travel"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Tips"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Beverages purchased onboard or during travel (not purchased pre-trip when offered by the cruise line or resort/hotel)"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Excursions or tours booked independently outside of Robbe Luxury Travel"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Additional food purchases while traveling (not purchased pre-trip (i.e. specialty dining, dining in ports/destinations, dining off resort/hotel))"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Additional expenses of a personal nature while traveling (incidentals, laundry, dry cleaning, etc.)"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;
		<field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Notifications and Payments"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Minimum Spend Notices will be sent on 90 days prior to membership expiration date."/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Membership fees for the next year will be invoiced 45 days prior to expiration date of your membership."/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="Payments are due by date listed on invoice or your membership may be terminated."/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="With prior 15-day written/email notice, a grace period extending an additional 15 days to pay membership fee may be approved on a case-by-case basis, with membership cancellation taking effect on the 16th day after expiration of the new membership year, if payment is not received."/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="A reinstatement fee of $250 will apply for memberships cancelled due to non-payment. The $250 reinstatement fee is on top of the annual membership fee. Administrative fee goes to reactivating your membership in our systems and card processing fees. (If membership spots exist at the time of reinstatement.)"/>&#13;

		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="We will provide exquisite planning services, leveraging our extensive knowledge and partnerships to deliver unparalleled luxury experiences. Whether it's sipping champagne on a private yacht in the Mediterranean or a safari adventure in Africa, we've got you covered.&amp;nbsp; Our services include travel planning services; concierge services; assisting with spa, dining, tickets to events/entertainment, special event reservations; tours/excursions; private transfers; airfare assistance; availability 24/7 while traveling to handle any issues that may arise; providing dining and tour/excursion recommendations in each destination; priority service handled by Mr. Robbe for any new travel request; and exclusive pre-launch access to special events, hosted engagements with our travel partners and group travel experiences planned by Robbe Luxury Travel."/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;
		<field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Termination and Changes:"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="We reserve the right to make changes to the LuxePass Program and its benefits at any time with at least 90 days notice to all Members. Termination of membership may occur if Members fail to comply with these terms and conditions, fail to meet the annual spend or per trip budget, are abusive, intimidates or becomes aggressive toward the staff at Robbe Luxury Travel or other Members of the LuxePass or violates the Terms &amp;amp; Conditions of Robbe Luxury Travel (Robbe Luxury Travel's Terms &amp;amp; Conditions may be found here: https://robbeluxurytravel.com/terms-and-conditions).&amp;nbsp; Please note that these are not an exhaustive list of reasons for termination and Robbe Luxury Travel reserves the right to terminate membership of any Member for any additional safety, financial or other reason deemed appropriate by Robbe Luxury Travel.&amp;nbsp; Members may non-renew for any year by either 1) not paying their membership fees for the following year; or 2) by submitting in writing/email their wish to not renew their membership for the following year by December 15th.&amp;nbsp; All fees paid until termination of membership are non-refundable for the current year.&amp;nbsp; If a new member wishes to cancel their membership, they have 10 days from date of signing this agreement and submitting their fees to submit in writing (or email) their wish to cancel their membership and a refund minus a $250 administrative fee will be given (admin fee may be waived in specific cases and at the determination of Robbe Luxury Travel on a case-by-case basis).&amp;nbsp; After this 10-day period, all fees are non-refundable for the year."/>&#13;

		<field type="header" subtype="h1" label="Acceptance of Terms:"/>&#13;
		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="By signing below, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement as well as Robbe Luxury Travel's Terms &amp;amp; Conditions for travel as listed below. Membership will be considered approved upon signed Agreement and receipt of the initial membership fee."/>&#13;
