Terms and Conditions for Royal Caribbean Cruise Booking:

1. Deposit and Payment:
1.1. To secure your booking for a Royal Caribbean cruise, a non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is required.
1.2. The deposit can be paid using the provided payment methods specified by Royal Caribbean International.
1.3. All subsequent payments, including any remaining balance, will be processed by Royal Caribbean International and will appear as such on your card statement.

2. Booking Confirmation:
2.1. Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit payment has been successfully processed by Royal Caribbean International.
2.2. Any additional charges, such as optional onboard amenities or excursions, will be added to the total balance of your booking and must be paid as per the specified deadlines.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:
3.1. The $250 per person deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.
3.2. Cancellations made after the deposit payment will be subject to the cancellation policies of Royal Caribbean International, which may result in additional charges.
3.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy set forth by Royal Caribbean International.

4. Payment Schedule:
4.1. Full payment for your Royal Caribbean cruise is due by the specified deadline provided at the time of booking.
4.2. Failure to make full payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation, and you may be subject to cancellation fees as per Royal Caribbean International's policies.

5. Personal Information:
5.1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date personal information required for the booking process.
5.2. Royal Caribbean International will handle your personal information in accordance with their privacy policy.

6. Travel Documents:
6.1. Clients are responsible for obtaining and providing all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and any other required identification, as per the specific cruise itinerary and destinations.

7. Changes and Modifications:
7.1. Any changes or modifications to your booking, such as cabin upgrades or changes in passenger names, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

8. Travel Insurance:
8.1. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.

9. Age Restrictions:
9.1. Royal Caribbean International has specific age restrictions for certain activities and cruise itineraries. Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet these requirements.

10. Health and Medical Requirements:
10.1. Clients must inform Royal Caribbean International of any medical conditions or special needs that may require accommodation during the cruise.

11. Disclaimer:
11.1. Royal Caribbean International reserves the right to modify cruise itineraries, schedules, and amenities without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, operational requirements, or safety concerns.
