Terms & Conditions
May 1–5, 2027 | El Dorado Royale, Riviera Maya, Mexico
These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants booking the 2027 Passport to Paradise Women’s Retreat hosted by Dazzling Getaways LLC.
By submitting your booking form, paying a deposit, or participating in the retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Retreat Package
The Passport to Paradise Women’s Retreat package includes only the items specifically listed in your confirmed retreat itinerary, invoice, or written retreat materials.
Unless specifically stated in writing, the retreat package does not include airfare, airline baggage fees, seat assignments, passport fees, travel insurance premiums, optional excursions or add-ons, spa services, personal purchases, medical expenses, tips or gratuities, resort incidentals, room charges, meals or drinks outside of the included resort plan, transportation outside the designated retreat transfer arrangements, costs caused by flight delays, missed flights, missed transfers, passport issues, illness, injury, immigration denial, or personal schedule changes.
Dazzling Getaways LLC is not responsible for costs or losses related to items not specifically included in the retreat package.
2. Deposit, Payments & Cancellation Policy
A $500 per person deposit is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice in order to secure your spot.
The $500 per person deposit is 100% nonrefundable.
All payments become 100% nonrefundable after November 14, 2026, which is the final payment date.
The payment, deposit, and cancellation policies are dictated in part by the resort, suppliers, and retreat contracts and are outside the direct control of Dazzling Getaways LLC.
Failure to make payments by the required deadlines may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of prior payments. Payment reminders may be sent as a courtesy, but each participant is responsible for keeping track of and meeting all payment deadlines.
Because you have been made aware of the cancellation and refund policies before booking, you agree that you will contact Dazzling Getaways LLC in writing before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. You understand that payments are subject to the cancellation terms agreed to at the time of booking.
3. Name Changes & Reservation Changes
Travelers may request a name change on their room reservation until February 15, 2027, subject to supplier approval and any applicable fees.
No room changes or name changes can be guaranteed after February 15, 2027.
All name changes, occupancy changes, and reservation modifications are subject to supplier policies, availability, and any additional costs charged by the resort, transportation company, tour operator, or other supplier.
4. Room Occupancy, Roommates & Bedding
Participants booking with a roommate understand that room occupancy affects pricing.
If one roommate cancels before the final payment date, the remaining roommate will have the following options:

Find another roommate to take the canceled guest’s place before the final payment date

Change the room occupancy to a single and pay the single rate

Cancel the reservation, understanding that no refund will be issued for the nonrefundable deposit or any other nonrefundable amounts
Dazzling Getaways LLC may attempt to help connect solo travelers with potential roommates, but roommate matching is offered only as a courtesy and is not guaranteed.
Dazzling Getaways LLC does not guarantee roommate compatibility, personality fit, sleep habits, cleanliness standards, health status, alcohol use, behavior, or any other personal characteristic of a roommate.
If a roommate cancels, fails to pay, is removed from the retreat, or otherwise does not attend, the remaining participant may be responsible for any resulting single occupancy supplement or room cost difference.
Participants understand that rooms will likely have one king bed, which means roommates may be sharing one bed. Bedding type, room location, room view, room category details, and special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the supplier.
5. Travel Insurance Requirement
All retreat attendees are required to have, at minimum, a travel insurance policy that includes coverage for emergency medical treatment while traveling internationally.
Dazzling Getaways LLC strongly recommends that all participants purchase a full-coverage travel insurance policy that may include trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical treatment, emergency medical evacuation, travel delays, baggage loss, supplier default, and other travel-related protections.
You may purchase a policy through a travel insurance company of your choice, or you may request assistance from Dazzling Getaways LLC in obtaining a quote or policy through a preferred travel insurance provider.
Proof of qualifying travel insurance with emergency medical coverage must be provided before the retreat. Failure to provide proof of coverage may result in your inability to participate in the retreat or retreat activities, without refund.
If Dazzling Getaways LLC assists with an insurance quote or policy, you understand that Dazzling Getaways LLC is not providing legal, medical, or insurance coverage advice. You are responsible for reviewing all policy terms, exclusions, coverage limits, pre-existing condition requirements, claim deadlines, and benefit details.
Dazzling Getaways LLC cannot guarantee that any insurance provider will approve coverage for a claim.
6. Passport, Travel Documents & Entry Requirements
A valid passport is required for travel to Cancun, Mexico.
Each participant is solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents, including a passport that meets the requirements of Mexico, the airline, and any other applicable government authority.
Participants are responsible for checking entry requirements, passport validity rules, visa requirements if applicable, criminal history restrictions, immigration restrictions, health requirements, and any other rules that may affect their ability to travel internationally.
Denial of boarding, denial of entry, passport issues, visa issues, immigration issues, criminal history, name mismatches, expired documents, or failure to meet airline or government requirements will not entitle the participant to a refund.
Participant is responsible for providing accurate legal name, date of birth, gender marker, and other required travel information exactly as it appears on their passport and travel documents. Participant is responsible for all fees, penalties, denied boarding, rebooking costs, or supplier issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
7. Third-Party Suppliers
Dazzling Getaways LLC acts as a booking agent and retreat host. Dazzling Getaways LLC is not the source or provider of the resort accommodations, air travel, transportation, excursions, tours, meals, activities, or other travel services.
All travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to resorts, airlines, transportation companies, tour operators, insurance providers, restaurants, activity providers, and destination partners.
Each supplier is an independent entity with its own management, rules, terms, conditions, cancellation policies, safety standards, and liability limitations.
Participants agree to comply with all supplier rules, waivers, safety instructions, and policies. Supplier terms may include separate cancellation penalties, liability waivers, health restrictions, conduct rules, and refund policies.
Because Dazzling Getaways LLC does not control the operations of independent suppliers, Dazzling Getaways LLC is not liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay, cancellation, refund denial, bankruptcy, failure to deliver services, partial delivery of services, or other issue caused by a supplier.
8. Itinerary Changes, Substitutions & Weather
The retreat itinerary is subject to change due to weather, ocean conditions, supplier availability, safety concerns, resort operations, transportation issues, government restrictions, illness, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside the control of Dazzling Getaways LLC.
Dazzling Getaways LLC reserves the right to adjust the order of events, change timing, substitute activities, replace inclusions with reasonably comparable alternatives, or cancel activities when necessary.
No refund, credit, or compensation will be provided for itinerary changes, missed activities, personal choice not to participate, illness, late arrival, early departure, weather disruption, supplier changes, or circumstances outside the control of Dazzling Getaways LLC.
Participants understand that retreat events and experiences are nonrefundable. If circumstances or weather prevent an activity or function from taking place as originally planned, Dazzling Getaways LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternate solution when possible, but no refund is guaranteed.
9. Participant Responsibility & Missed Activities
Participants are responsible for being on time for all scheduled transfers, excursions, meals, meetings, and activities.
No refund or credit will be issued for missed activities due to late arrival, oversleeping, illness, personal choice, intoxication, failure to follow instructions, failure to meet at the designated time or location, or any other participant-related reason.
Participants are responsible for their own baggage, personal belongings, medications, passports, travel documents, valuables, and personal effects at all times.
10. Health, Medical Conditions & Fitness to Travel
Participant represents that she is physically, medically, and emotionally able to participate in international travel and retreat activities.
Retreat activities may include, but are not limited to, walking on uneven surfaces, boarding boats, snorkeling or water-based activities, exposure to heat and sun, transportation by van, boat, or other vehicles, resort activities, excursions away from the resort, and walking through archaeological sites or natural areas.
Participant is responsible for consulting a medical professional before travel if she has any medical, physical, emotional, dietary, mobility, pregnancy-related, or other condition that may affect her ability to participate.
Dazzling Getaways LLC does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for determining whether a participant is fit to travel or participate in any activity.
Participants are responsible for bringing and managing their own medications, medical devices, prescriptions, mobility aids, and health-related needs.
11. Assumption of Risk
Participant understands that international travel and retreat activities involve inherent risks.
These risks may include, but are not limited to, illness or injury, slips, trips, and falls, drowning or water-related injury, boat accidents, motor vehicle accidents, weather-related hazards, heat exhaustion or dehydration, food or water-related illness, allergic reactions, insect or animal exposure, crime, lost or stolen property, limited access to medical care, delays, cancellations, transportation disruptions, and acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with travel, resort stays, excursions, water activities, transportation, meals, and participation in the retreat.
Participant agrees not to hold Dazzling Getaways LLC, its owners, hosts, employees, contractors, representatives, or affiliates responsible for accidental injury, illness, loss, damage, or death except where liability cannot be waived under applicable law.
12. Emergency Medical Authorization
In the event of a medical emergency, participant authorizes Dazzling Getaways LLC, retreat hosts, suppliers, or their representatives to seek emergency medical care, transportation, or assistance when deemed reasonably necessary.
Participant remains solely responsible for all medical costs, evacuation costs, treatment decisions, insurance claims, and related expenses.
Dazzling Getaways LLC is not responsible for the availability, quality, cost, or outcome of medical care provided by third parties.
13. Allergies & Dietary Requests
Participants are responsible for disclosing all food allergies, medical allergies, dietary restrictions, and serious health concerns before travel.
Dazzling Getaways LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate disclosed allergies or dietary requests to suppliers, but cannot guarantee allergen-free meals, prevention of cross-contamination, or supplier accommodation of any dietary restriction.
Participant is solely responsible for managing allergies, carrying necessary medication, and making safe food and beverage choices.
14. Alcohol, Conduct & Removal From Retreat
Participants are expected to behave respectfully, safely, and responsibly throughout the retreat.
Dazzling Getaways LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from retreat activities or from the retreat itself, without refund, if the participant’s behavior is disruptive, unsafe, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, intoxicated to a level that creates risk, illegal, damaging to property, or harmful to the group experience.
Participant is responsible for any additional transportation, lodging, medical, legal, or other costs resulting from removal.
Any possession, transportation, or use of illegal drugs may result in immediate removal from the retreat and may result in prosecution by law enforcement authorities.
Participant is responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of all countries, states, and locations visited, including laws related to prescription medication, over-the-counter medication, alcohol, and controlled substances.
15. Damage to Property
Participant accepts responsibility for any damage, loss, or expense caused by her actions, negligence, or misconduct.
Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid directly to the accommodation provider, supplier, property owner, or other affected party.
Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dazzling Getaways LLC for any claims, costs, damages, or legal fees arising from participant’s conduct, damage, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
16. Air Travel
Air travel is not included unless specifically stated in writing.
If air travel is purchased through or with assistance from Dazzling Getaways LLC, participant understands that the airline ticket is a contract between the participant and the air carrier.
Dazzling Getaways LLC does not control airline operations and is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, missed connections, baggage issues, seat assignment changes, fare increases, airline refund policies, airline bankruptcy, airline operational issues, or any act or omission of an airline.
Any refund for canceled or delayed flights, baggage fees, seat assignments, or airline services must come directly from the airline and is subject to the airline’s rules and policies.
Participants are responsible for reconfirming flight schedules, checking in on time, complying with airline requirements, and arriving at the airport with adequate time before departure.
17. Hazardous Materials Notice
Federal law prohibits passengers from bringing hazardous materials aboard aircraft in luggage or on their person.
Hazardous materials may include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives, radioactive materials, fireworks, lighter fluid, certain chemicals, and other restricted items.
Participants are responsible for reviewing and complying with TSA, airline, and government rules regarding prohibited items and hazardous materials.
18. Insecticide Notice
Some countries may require airlines to treat aircraft cabins with insecticides before or during flights.
Participants are encouraged to review current Department of Transportation information regarding aircraft disinsection requirements before travel.
19. Photo, Video & Media Release
Unless participant notifies Dazzling Getaways LLC in writing before the retreat that she does not consent, participant authorizes Dazzling Getaways LLC to photograph, video, record, and otherwise capture her image, likeness, voice, name, and participation during the retreat.
Participant grants permission for these materials to be used for marketing, social media, website content, advertising, promotional materials, testimonials, and other business purposes without additional compensation.
Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify Dazzling Getaways LLC in writing before the retreat. Dazzling Getaways LLC will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests but cannot guarantee that participant will not appear incidentally in group settings, backgrounds, or content captured by other guests.
20. Privacy & Sharing of Information
Participant understands that personal information may be collected in order to book and operate the retreat. This may include legal name, preferred name, date of birth, contact information, gender marker, allergy information, travel insurance proof, and other information needed for travel arrangements.
Participant authorizes Dazzling Getaways LLC to share necessary information with resorts, transportation providers, tour operators, insurance providers, airlines, destination partners, and other suppliers as reasonably needed to book, manage, and operate the retreat.
Dazzling Getaways LLC will use reasonable efforts to protect participant information but cannot guarantee the privacy or security practices of third-party suppliers.
21. No Guarantee of Subjective Experience
Dazzling Getaways LLC will use reasonable efforts to create a welcoming, enjoyable, and well-organized retreat experience.
However, participant understands that no guarantee is made regarding weather, ocean conditions, wildlife or marine life sightings, group dynamics, friendships, emotional outcomes, personal enjoyment, roommate compatibility, resort service levels, or any other subjective experience.
22. Force Majeure
Dazzling Getaways LLC will not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions or otherwise liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Force majeure events may include, but are not limited to severe weather, hurricanes, floods, fire, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes, epidemics, pandemics, quarantine, government actions or restrictions, changes in laws or regulations, supplier bankruptcy or closure, transportation disruptions, airport closures, communication or technology failures, and any other event beyond the reasonable control of Dazzling Getaways LLC.
In the event of a force majeure event, suppliers may vary, postpone, or cancel arrangements in their sole discretion. Any refund, credit, or reimbursement will be subject to supplier policies.
Dazzling Getaways LLC will use reasonable efforts to assist participants where possible, but no refund is guaranteed.
23. Limitation of Responsibility
Dazzling Getaways LLC acts as a booking agent and retreat host for disclosed principal suppliers and is not the source or provider of travel services.
Because Dazzling Getaways LLC does not control the operations of independent suppliers, participant agrees that Dazzling Getaways LLC is not liable for personal injury, property damage, delay, loss, accident, cancellation, refund denial, additional expense, or other harm arising from supplier acts, errors, omissions, negligence, policies, cancellations, bankruptcy, or failure to perform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participant agrees that any recovery from Dazzling Getaways LLC shall be limited to the amount of commission and fees actually received by Dazzling Getaways LLC in connection with participant’s booking.
Dazzling Getaways LLC shall not be liable for punitive, special, consequential, incidental, indirect, or exemplary damages.
24. Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dazzling Getaways LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from participant’s conduct, participant’s violation of these Terms & Conditions, participant’s violation of supplier rules, participant’s damage to property, participant’s injury to another person, participant’s failure to comply with laws or travel requirements, participant’s inaccurate or incomplete information, or participant’s failure to obtain proper insurance, documents, or medical clearance.
25. Changes to These Terms
Dazzling Getaways LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
Updated Terms & Conditions will be provided to participants and/or posted where retreat information is made available.
Any material changes will apply going forward, except where changes are required by suppliers, law, safety needs, or circumstances outside the control of Dazzling Getaways LLC.
26. Governing Law, Venue & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the retreat, or any travel booking shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Illinois.
Participant consents to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Illinois.
Any claim must be brought within 12 months after the scheduled completion date of the retreat, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
Participant agrees that she may bring claims only in her individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, proposed class action, collective action, or representative action.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the booking form, invoice, confirmed itinerary, supplier terms, and any written retreat-specific policies, constitute the entire agreement between participant and Dazzling Getaways LLC regarding the retreat.
These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, representations, or understandings, whether oral, written, electronic, or otherwise.
