"I" understand that "I" am required to pay an inquiry fee when submitting a trip inquiry. 
 
The agent agrees to provide  3 itineraries (quotes) to the primary traveler (requestor).   After discussing changes with the client, the agent will provide an additional with 1-2 itineraries.
 
➡️ I understand that I has 10 calendar days upon receipt of the quote to submit the appropriate deposit amount or request for revision,  in order to continue with the services of Triple L Travel.  
 
➡️  I understand the inquiry fee is separate from the trip deposit.  The inquiry fee is required in order to obtain travel quotes.  The trip deposit is required to secure your travel arrangements.
 
➡️ Note: I understand that pricing within a quote is not guaranteed until the quote is approved and trip deposit is submitted to Triple L Travel.

I authorize Triple L Travel Agency to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that all payments made to Triple L Travel Agency are non-refundable. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on the invoice.
