Please read the following in its entirety.

I. Service Fee:

For the services of SuePreme Travels, we do not initially charge a service fee. Please be mindful of this, as well as the fact that researching destinations and resorts in order to provide a personable experience is very timely.

II. Services:

Outside of providing travel quotes, our services include, but are not limited to:

* Creating travel proposals

* Applying payments for the client's vacation and excursions

* Making and changing any reservations/itineraries/name changes, etc

* Keeping the client updated on payment plans

* Contacting the suppliers on behalf of the client if there are any issues and getting them corrected in a timely manner

* Ensuring that all of the client's paperwork is valid and submitted

* After-hour assistance once the client(s) depart for their vacation

Our services take effect from the moment the client(s) contacts us for service and continue until they arrive safely home from their vacation.

III. Quotes:

You will receive three (3) quotes per destination only. SuePreme Travels offers one (1) courtesy revision to this quote within three (3) calendar days of the delivery of the initial quote(s), as prices are subject to change during this timeframe. Any revisions or quotes requested after that timeframe are subject to a non-refundable service fee, applicable to the type of quote you required. You will receive an invoice for the applicable fee, that will be due and payable before the new quotes are provided. To secure the rate for any quote, clients must pay a deposit or pay in full.

If your quote request is pertaining to a social media post, please state the date of the post in the appropriate field on the travel request form. If dates are listed, the quote is applicable for those dates only. Any revision to the social media quote will be allowed and that will be the only complimentary revision. All revisions thereafter will result in the applicable non-refundable service fee.

If you already have a quote for the desired destination(s), price matching maybe an option. However the quote has to be dated within the last three (3) calendar days and you must provide proof of the quote to me by email at suepremetravels@gmail.com. Because rates can change at anytime, please understand that a quote dated outside of this timeframe may not be matched.

IV. Delivery of Quote(s):

The lead client will receive the quotes via email within 72 business hours upon the receipt of the travel request form. Please provide an email address that you check often and one that is not in email jail. SuePreme Travels will reach out to the lead client if any additional information is required.

V. Follow Up:

SuePreme Travels provides only one (1) follow up, three (3) calendar days after the quote(s) have been provided. This follow up will be sent via email. In the event that the client(s) needs a revision and hasn’t already received one, this will be provided. If the client(s) has received their courtesy revision and needs another one, the applicable service fee applies.

VI. Consultations:

Quotes for travel will not be provided during this call and/or by email without a completed request form. These two methods are ONLY for us to answer general questions and provide the best options for the client.

VII. Cancellations:

To protect your investment, purchasing travel protection is highly recommended, in the event, you may need to cancel your vacation. Both travel credit and full cash refund coverage are available. The fee for travel protection is non-refundable and non-transferable. In addition, any service fee paid to SuePreme Travels is non-refundable and is not reimbursable through any travel protection. If a client decides to cancel their trip, my time is valuable and the service fee covers the hours put into researching travel options, providing travel proposals, making reservations, and any possible cancellations.
