We are Travelmation-TravelmationTraceyW and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Travelmation-TravelmationTraceyW and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
It also means that you are giving me the permission to be your sole travel agent during this entire process. (My service to you is complimentary. I do not get paid if you chose not to book through me and I need to protect my time.)Your submission for a quote request agrees that you understand that a booking is not final until a deposit is paid. A trip is not secured without a paid deposit and confirmation email.Pricing is subject to change at any time prior to deposit payment. Changes and cancellations are subject to resort/hotel/airline fees, and travel insurance.
We assume no liability for costs incurred due to changes and cancellations. Passports must be valid for 6 months after your planned arrival back to the United States. You may be denied travel if your passport expires within this time frame. Upon booking, you agree to these terms, and will be responsible for all costs associated with Passport issues if they do arise. The purchase of travel insurance is encouraged and a waiver must be signed if declined.
