Hello! I am Ariell Hromalik, an Independent Travel Agent with Travelmation LLC. I am so excited to start this journey with you in planning your next vacation.
Submission of this form allows Ariell Hromalik and Travelmation LLC to contact you by email and phone. You also agree to receive text messages as an alternative way of communication if you prefer. Your submission for a quote request agrees that you understand that a booking is not final until a deposit is paid. A trip is not secured without a paid deposit and confirmation email.
Pricing is subject to change at any time prior to deposit payment. All payments are processed manually by Ariell Hromalik with the exception of Sandals and Beaches Resorts initial deposit (not including the $98 booking promotion) and final payment. Payments are processed within the day the booking deposit is requested or payment request is made by the client and will be charged to the card on file, unless otherwise stated by the client.
Passports must be valid for 6 months after your planned arrival back to the United States, for some destinations within 1-3 months. You may be denied travel if your passport expires within this time frame. Upon booking, you agree to these terms, and will be responsible for all costs associated with Passport issues if they do arise. The purchase of travel insurance is encouraged and a waiver must be signed if declined.
For record-keeping purposes, email correspondence regarding your vacation bookings will be the main form of communication between you (the client) and Travelmation- Ariell Hromalik.
Hours:
My current hours are week-day mornings from 6am-8am EST and every other weekend, 6am-12pm EST. Effective March 27, 2023 I will be out of office on all major holidays. Any emails received outside of these working hours are subject to my availability and will be returned within 48-business hours. There is always an exception to this is for travel emergencies that may arise for my current traveling clients- in the event of a travel emergency please text me at (727) 992-5746 and I will respond at my first availability. Liability, Cancellations, and Changes:
I acknowledge the risk and hazards of travel where injury, delay, or unanticipated events may occur. By signing below I accept responsibility for my own welfare and waive any future claims against Travelmation- Ariell Hromalik for liability.
Cancellations and changes are subject to the policies and fees of the resort, hotel, airline, and travel insurance. Travelmation - Ariell Hromalik assumes no liability for costs incurred to cancellations and changes/modifications including those related to COVID-19 or changes due to client providing incorrect information at the time of booking. These items are including but not limited to: invalid name or date of birth provided to the agent and changes outside of the agent's control (ie. itinerary changes by the vendor/resort, change in included amenities, etc.)
It is very important that you provide accurate demographic (name and date of birth as it appears on identification/passport) as some entities will require a fee and or cancellation of originally booked services in order to change this information once a deposit is made.
Travel Insurance:
The purchase of travel insurance is strongly encouraged for all clients and a form denying coverage must be signed if you decline.

Upon signing this document, you agree to all of the above and linked terms, and will be responsible for all costs and liability associated with any of the issues stated above if they do arise. You also agree that if some or part of the links do not work, you will proactively request a new link prior to authorization. The links are all valid, but a non-valid link does NOT in any way constitute a cancellation of the agreement to all terms & conditions listed herein.
