TERMS & CONDITIONS / TRAVEL SERVICES AGREEMENT 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with the Travel Services Agreement (“Agreement”) available at
https://www.dreamkeyvacations.com/terms-conditions, become effective between DreamKey Vacations, LLC (“Agency”) and you (including all travelers on the same booking who share the same household) (“you,” “your,” or “Traveler”) upon your electronic or written signature or payment authorization, whichever occurs first, and remain in effect unless terminated in writing by you or Agency.

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

Planning fees, cancellation fees, change fees, late fees, reinstatement fees, and unused travel vouchers are non-refundable, whether or not travel occurs. These fees are separate from supplier-imposed penalties.

SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY

Travel services are provided by independent suppliers. Agency acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for supplier acts, omissions, schedule changes, or penalties imposed by suppliers

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations are subject to a $50 per person administrative fee.

  • For cancellations made between 07/03/2026 - 05/08/2027, an administration fee of $50 per person apply.
  • For cancellations made between 05/09/2026 - 05/23/2027, a fee of $100.00 per room plus administration fee.
  • For cancellations made between 05/24/2027 - 6/25/2027 100% full penalty of the booking cost plus administration fee.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By submitting your credit or debit card, you authorize DreamKey Vacations, LLC (or its agents) to charge such card for travel services and fees as agreed. You authorize DreamKey Vacations, LLC (or its agents) to credit any amounts charged in error.

You agree that you are responsible for all charges, including costs of recovery, if:

  • You close the card account provided

  • You initiate a charge-back for valid charges

  • Your card expires

  • Incorrect card information is provided

  • Payment is declined for insufficient funds

In any of these events, Agency may suspend or withhold services until all outstanding balances are resolved. Agency has no obligation to refund amounts previously paid as a result of suspension or termination of services.

You confirm that:

  • You are authorized to act on behalf of all travelers on this booking

  • You are an authorized cardholder

  • You will not dispute valid charges incurred under this Agreement

By submitting payment or signing electronically, I acknowledge that I have read, reviewed, and agree to be bound by the DreamKey Vacations, LLC Terms and Conditions, Travel Services Agreement, Payment Authorization, Non-Refundable Fees, Supplier Responsibility provisions, and all other applicable policies related to this hosted group trip. I authorize DreamKey Vacations, LLC (or its agents) to charge my credit or debit card for all travel services and fees as agreed. I understand that I am responsible for all amounts due, including any applicable fees or penalties, and that my submission constitutes my legally binding consent to these Terms, Policies, and all related obligations.
