Travel Services Agreement Agency Disclosure

Your Travel Concierges (YTC) issues these travel documents in the sole capacity as agent for the airline, tour company, cruise line or other supplier as indicated in the travel document, brochure, and correspondence or other communication.

As the agent of the supplier, Your Travel Concierges (YTC) does not assume the responsibility for the cancellation or substitution or service by the supplier, financial default of the supplier, refunds or unused services to be provided by the supplier, or any obligation, service or monies not the specific responsibilities of Your Travel Concierges (YTC).

Agency Disclosure Acceptance

I accept that Your Travel Concierges (YTC) is not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold it liable for any injury, damage or loss I may suffer for any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond the reasonable control of Your Travel Concierges (YTC)

Refunds, Changes, Cancellations Acceptance

Your Travel Concierges (YTC) has advised me of its cancellation fee of 15% of the total trip cost, the supplier’s refund charge and cancellation fees and penalties. I am aware that the airline ticket, if applicable, is non‐refundable, and as such is subject to the loss of all the fare should I elect to change or cancel this reservation.

I have been advised that cancellation, change or refund penalties do apply to the travel associated with these documents and I fully understand the terms and conditions of such penalties.

Passenger Documentation

I understand that I am traveling internationally and must have a valid passport. 

I understand the date of expiration for my valid passport is at least 6 months from the date of my return to the United States.

I understand that my Legal Name must match, in its entirety, the name as it appears on my valid passport.

I understand that depending upon my destination and the origin of my passport, I may need to obtain a visa. 

I understand that vaccine certificates and health forms may be required as part of my travel documentation.  

I understand it is my obligation to obtain all legal documentation necessary for travel.  

I understand that I will review my travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and understand that I may contact Your Travel Concierges (YTC) if I have any questions. 

I understand that discounted fares typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money.

Your Travel Concierges (YTC) has advised me of its cancellation fee of 15% of the total trip cost, the supplier’s refund charge and cancellation fees and penalties. I am aware that the airline ticket, if applicable, is non‐refundable, and as such is subject to the loss of all the fare should I elect to change or cancel this reservation.  

Your Travel Concierges (YTC) has advised me that the Travel Planning Fee has no relationship or impact on any trip cancellation fees.
