A quote is not a booking. Your trip is only confirmed once a deposit has been paid and a confirmation email has been sent. Once you have confirmed your desire to book I will send you an invoice to authorize payment.
Prices and availability can change at any time until payment of your deposit is paid.
Deposits are processed as soon as possible but can take up to 24 hours.

Changes and Cancellations: All changes are subject to the supplier policies and fees and are not set by your travel advisor. Refunds are determined by the supplier, not Heather Partridge.
Passports and Documentation: Travelers are responsible for providing valid passports/IDs, meeting all entry requirements, and covering any costs associated with denied entry or incorrect documentation.
Travel Insurance: Highly Recommended! If you decline travel insurance you will receive a waiver stating that decision during the booking phase of your trip. You can choose to add travel insurance up until final payment. Please note: Heather Partridge is not an insurance agent and all inquiries into what your travel insurance covers will be directed to the chosen travel insurance provider.
Final Payment: Due on the date listed on your invoice. Failure to submit payment by due date can result in cancellation of your trip and loss of funds as determined by the supplier.
Accuracy: You agree to review your confirmation documents and verify names, dates and details within 24 hours of receipt. Fees may apply to any corrections needed.
