Wanderlust Escapes Research Fee Policy Update
Effective October 15, 2024, Wanderlust Escapes will be implementing a research fee policy to ensure we continue to deliver excellent service as we grow. Here are the key points of our new policy:
- Travel Pros: Repeat clients who have booked two or more trips with Wanderlust Escapes
- Wanderlust Beginners: New clients or those who have booked fewer than two trips
Research Fees Structure
Small Group (1-7 Travelers)

- Travel Pros: Free
- Wanderlust Beginners: $25 per quote

- Travel Pros: $35 per quote
- Wanderlust Beginners: $50 per quote
Medium Group (8-20 Travelers)

- Travel Pros: $25 per quote
- Wanderlust Beginners: $50 per quote

- Wanderlust Beginners: $75 per quote
Large Group (20+ Travelers)

Destination Wedding Packages

- Travel Pros: $150 per wedding
- Wanderlust Beginners: $300 per wedding

- Travel Pros: $200 per wedding
- Wanderlust Beginners: $400 per wedding
Note: For destination weddings, the fee is only paid by the bride or groom, not the attending guests.

For your convenience, Wanderlust Escapes accepts the following payment options:

All payments for research fees are nonrefundable and must be completed at the time of submitting your trip inquiry.
All quotes will consist of 3-5 resorts or hotels per destination requested, up to two destinations. If you would like a quote for more than two destinations, an extra $20 fee will be charged per additional destination.
Quotes are valid for two weeks. If a new quote is required after two weeks, the research fee will need to be paid again, unless you already know which resort or hotel you want to book. Please note, pricing is subject to change at any time after a quote is received and before a deposit is paid.
If a research fee is required for your booking, a quote will not be emailed to you without receiving payment first.
In the event of a cancellation, we kindly request your understanding regarding our cancellation policy, which includes a nominal fee to cover administrative costs in the amount of $50 per person. Certain situations are except from cancellation policy as approved by Wanderlust Escapes.
Other Policies
Deal of the Day's are not subject to a research fee.
Our response times to receive a quote are 3 -5 business days not including weekends.

Travel Wanderlust is closed on all major holidays.
