Please review our booking guidelines carefully before submitting your inquiry:

 

 Quote Modifications: Each quote can only be adjusted twice (date changes, traveler adjustments, location modifications, etc.). Consult your party before submitting.

 

 Price & Availability: Rates & availability are subject to change until a deposit or full payment is made.

 

 Payment Deadlines: Remaining balances must be paid by the specified due date to avoid cancellation.

 

 Group Bookings: Payments made for large group bookings (non-hosted by Sure Bliss Travel) are non-refundable & non-transferable due to vendor agreements.

 

 Resort Fees: Some hotels/resorts charge additional resort fees at check-in, separate from paid vacation costs.

 

 Payment Plans: If your travel dates are 35-45 days away, full payment is required at booking. For other trips, a $100/month minimum payment is required.

 

 Late Fees: A $50 late fee applies if the final payment is past due. Reservations are canceled if more than 5 days late, unless travel insurance was purchased.

 

 Change Fees: Any trip modifications after booking (dates, travelers, flights, destination, etc.) will incur a $50 change fee (additional vendor fees may apply).

 

 Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel, submit your request in writing to info@sureblisscorp.com with "VACATION CANCELLATION" in the subject line.

 

 Non-Refundable Fees: Planning fees and deposit fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. If you choose to cancel or book elsewhere, these fees are retained.

 

 

 Unforeseeable Events

 

In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or uncontrollable events, Sure Bliss Travel will make efforts to arrange alternative options, but we cannot be held responsible for any resulting expenses.

 

 

 Privacy Policy

 

 Your privacy is our priority. Our payment processing system is PCI-compliant to protect your personal information.

 

 

 Limitation of Liability

 

By booking through Sure Bliss Travel, you acknowledge & accept the following:

 

 Travel involves some risk (e.g., adventure sports, transportation, cultural experiences).

 You voluntarily assume all risks related to your trip.

Sure Bliss Travel is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses during your travels.

 Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover personal injury or emergencies. If declined, an insurance waiver is required.

 Compliance with local laws & safety protocols is the traveler’s responsibility.

 No safety guarantees are made regarding destinations, transportation, or activities.
