You will receive a FREE hotel accommodations voucher upon your return. By signing below, I authorize SURE BLISS TRAVEL to charge the trip planning fee to the credit card provided herein. The non-refundable fee is for clients desiring travel planning assistance from Sure Bliss Travel. Once submitted, a member of our team will begin researching and exploring the best travel options based on your specific and unique needs. We will contact you within 5 business days to confirm your vacation plans. At that time, you will be provided 3 quotes based on your request. Additional quotes will require a "Plan To Go" fee. If travel isn't finalized within 30 days of receipt of the planning fee, an additional fee may apply. Your "Plan To Go" fee may be applied to your reservation if you book that vacation with Sure Bliss Travel and/or our independent contractors. A travel inquiry fee is required in order to receive a quote and retain the travel services of Sure Bliss Travel. The travel inquiry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The client has 30 business days after paying the fee to retain Sure Bliss Travel's travel services. If the client fails to secure the quote with a deposit or full payment within 30 business days, an additional $25 travel inquiry fee will be required. No exceptions will be made. Price quotes are not guaranteed until a deposit is submitted by the client by the deadline deemed by the vendor NOT the 10 business days given to retain our services. Up to 3 revisions of the quotes provided are allowed. Additional quotes and revisions are $20 each and are non-refundable. Quote requests for an additional destination will be treated as a new quote.
