Terms of Booking
Your submission for a quote request agrees that you understand that a booking is not final until a deposit is paid. A trip is not secured without a paid deposit and confirmation email. Pricing is subject to change at any time prior to deposit payment. ALL Payments are processed manually - with the exception of Sandals & Excellence Resorts Final Payment. The submission of this form does not confirm a booking is final until a confirmation email has been sent manually by myself or my team. Payments are processed within 1 hour of being recieved, unless otherwise stated by the client.
While I LOVE what I do, I love having time with my loved ones too! As of October 10, 2022, my office hours are 8am-5pm, M-F. Any emails received on evenings and weekends are subject to my availability.
Changes and cancellations are subject to resort/hotel/airline fees, and travel insurance. Audra Ryder + Travelmation assume no liability for costs incurred due to changes and cancellations.
Passports must be valid for 6 months after your planned arrival back to the United States. You may be denied travel if your passport expires within this time frame. Upon booking, you agree to these terms, and will be responsible for all costs associated with Passport issues if they do arise.
The purchase of travel insurance is encouraged and a waiver must be signed if declined.
